We would like to convey our apologies if your experience with us didn't go beyond your expectation. The reservation we had in our system was with two single beds, that is why we gave you two single beds. Honestly the answer of my colleagues surprise me a lot, as the staff is always accomodate with our guests and try to help the best as possible every single request.
