직원분들은 친절하나 시설 자체가 너무 오래되어서 비록 청결하더라도 그렇게 보이지가 않아 아쉽습니다. 가격이 싸지 않아 가성비 측면에서도 아쉬움이 많습니다.

디즈니랜드, 라발레아울렛 이용하기 좋은 호텔
RER A와 가까워 디즈니랜드 이용하기 좋고, 도보 10-15분(가까우나 돌아가야 함) 거리의 라발레 아울렛을 방문하기에 좋은 위치임. 가성비도 좋다. 다만, 우리가 방문했을때 늦은 시간이 아니었음에도 불구하고 프론트에 사람이 없었고.. 지나다니는 사람들 모두 영어를 하지 못해 거기가 왜 비었는지 설명해주지도 못했으며, 전화연결은 안되어 아이는 무섭다고 울고 너무 힘들었음. 결국 투숙객이 바디랭귀지로 셀프 체크인 기계로 나를 이끌었고, 셀프체크인에 성공 그러고나니 객실은 5층...엘리베이터는 갑자기 우리가 방문한 날 수리중이었다. 여자 둘이서 애 둘을 데리고 28킬로나 되는 캐리어 4개를 들고 올라가기란 쉬운 일이 아니었다. 거기에 묵고 있는 사람들의 도움이 아니었으면 불가능 했을 듯. 세탁시설이 있는데 룸키가 고장나 세탁시설 출입이 안되어 지나가는 사람을 붙잡고 문을 열어달라 한 뒤 쇼핑백을 끼워 문이 잠기지 않도록 하고 세탁/건조를 했다. 객실 상태는 무난했으나 이러한 과정을 거쳤기에 별점은 높이 줄수가 없다.

I booked a premium studio room and got a normal one the rooms are very dated. Ive been here before so i knew this. So thats why i booked a premium one. The tv was also very dirty and the shower rod was broken. This was my worst stay i had ever room was 12bis

Nice location, easy check in and check out. Big shopping centre nearby. Only stayed one night and it’s close to RER station.

Personnels accueillants. La chambre aurait besoin d'un peut de rénovation (dalle de la salle de bain cassée et qui s'enlève) après mal isolé selon nous notre chambre étant au rez-de-chaussée côté route nous entendions très bien les bruits extérieurs.

Madame, Monsieur, Nous avons séjourné dans cette établissements à Serries avec notre fille de 5ans. Nous sommes très très insatisfaits de l’hébergement dans lequel nous nous sommes avons logé aucun rapport avec les photos sur votre site ! Nous avons pour commencer eu la mauvaise surprise d’arriver dans une chambre qui empestait le tabac !!! Le détecteur de fumer a même été retirer ! En cas d’incendie la chambre n’est même pas au norme !!! La chambre est propre en surface mais des qu’on touche un élément de cuisine (lampe) on y retrouve une couche de graisse. Quand nous somme arrivée il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre, on a vite compris que c’était parce que la fenêtre du salon où devait dormir notre fille était cassé et ne se ferme pas complètement ! Avec un courant d’air effarant en cette période ! Impossible également de trouver la télécommande de la télé ! Nous avons donc passé la soirée sur un téléphone !!! Nous avons voulu prendre une douche et la grande surprise, après 20min toujours pas d’eau chaude !!! Mais de l’eau glace ! Nous avons contacter le numéro en cas d’urgence pour avoir quelqu’un, aucun contact hormis par mail est possible après 19h ! Le logement n’est en aucun cas conforme à la description, tout est vétuste, abîmé, cassé, moisissures ! J’attends toujours que l’hôtel nous rappelle !

Didn't sleep. I stayed on my own with my 5 year old. Common sense would suggest that the property would therefore let me know that my room was the noisiest room in the building! Public path right outside the window, as in.. right outside, people walking past may as well be in the room, laughing.. shouting.. talking, also on a main road with bus stops too, so buses, cars, music. Genuinely the worst nights sleep I've ever had. My little boy had a disturbed nights sleep too. Ruined the first nights stay for Disney. Sooooo glad it was only one night. I complained to Expedia, and directly to the hotels assistant manager, the hotel were not helpful at all, they didn't care. I would never stay again.

Correct pour un séjour à Disney
3 jours passé dans le cadre d’un séjour à Disneyland. Proche du RER À qui mène directement au parc. Hôtel correct qui mériterait un p’tit rafraîchissement surtout au niveau des chambres. Quelques meubles abîmés et salle de bain avec rideau de douche pas ce qu’il y a de plus propre… hôtel un peu bruyant.

Panel missing in the bath, wardrobe that didn't open, radiator in the bathroom on at full power when we arrived making it unbearably warm. The automated check in was very easy though, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for the metro.

Great family hotel for Disney visit
Stayed in the summer with young kids. Delightfully friendly and helpful front desk staff. Small elevator; efficient pay laundry facilities; coins required. Room was spacious, somewhat dated, but clean and pleasant. Small bathroom and kitchen, but we were hardly in the room so they did the trick. Room was on first floor (2nd floor to us North Americans ;) ), and we were bothered by the amount of cigarette smoke frequently blowing in through the windows; people would stand out in the courtyard and smoke right under our window at all hours of the day. 5-minute walk to metro station, then take the metro one stop (7 mins) to Disney entrance. We walked to Disney the first night, took about 30 mins. Grocery store 5 mins away right near metro station. Huge shopping mall adjacent to hotel; Primark was a highlight! Great family hotel, good value, would definitely stay here again.

Très bon établissement
Très bon séjour au sein de cet établissement. Dommage que la propreté n'était pas l hauteur du reste de la prestation. Accueil au top, chambre bien aménagé et parking sécurisé.

Very good location, but really dirty rooms. There were mold stains in the bathroom, hairs on the floor and the sink was clogged with dirt so the water couldn’t get through.
