Excellent service, well placed typical French romantic style hotel. Good restaurants around and easy transportation from every where. Had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a train and metro station and there are multiple dining options you could easily walk to. The hotel has accomodations needed to get you thru the a few days; this is to say, do not expect accomodations to be the size you might be used to if you are from USA. The bathroom was tiny and there is barely any space to put your suitcases in. The staff was amazing and they have breakfast included which is more than enough to start your day.

The room was small. The shower was great! If you're from North America bring your own facecloth if you need one. The towels were just adequate. The location was good - close to Metro and laundry facilities.

Very good personnel and very clean hotel. The hotel has many transport opportunities. The croissant is unbelievable tasty!!

Bon séjour. Personnel attentionné.
Service impeccable. Personnel toujours souriant et au petit soin. C'est très agréable. Seul le coin toilettes (dans la salle de bain) est très exiguë.

Location to Metro and journey time from Gare du Nord was perfect. Staff were helpful throughout. Start thinking about it for next year's birthday.

Du vol. On m'a debit alors que je n'ai pas utilisé le mini bar mais ils prennent une empreinte. La reception a failli me faire rater mon vol a me faire attendre pour des raxis qui ne viendraient jamais donc j'ai pris un Uber par mes propres moyens (pourtant une station de taxi est devant l hotel) Le style de l'hotel est rococo assez kitsch et l'emplacement bruyant (surtout du 1er etage) La femme de menage entre sans toquer fermement a la porte le matin. A eviter.

Cher Antoine, nous sommes navrés si votre expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Votre commentaire nous surprend à plus d'un titre mais nous nous excusons pour tout incident. Nous restituons systématiquement les empreintes après vérification des chambres. Concernant les taxis, nous faisons appel à G7 et nous ne contrôlons malheureusement pas le trafic parisien. Enfin nos femmes de chambre toquent avant d'entrer habituellement.

Underbart parishotell, som verkligen har charm. Frukosten är fantastisk. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen städas varje dag. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Charming and lovely hotel. Loved breakfast items especially sweet brioche and croissants. Staff was attentive and helpful. We enjoy the neighborhood and room was pleasant. The bathroom had a helpful towel heating unit. Thank you

Good location nice hotel
Very nice hotel, good location, superior room small but convenient, good wifi and reception staff nice. The only drawback is the staff from breakfast very unprofessional and quiet rude when asking to pay a coffee because i asked 8 min after end of breakfast.
