Bed was very creaky. Every time you turned over it woke you up. Saw bugs!! A stink bug and a roach!!

Cockroaches in room; shampoo bottle in room was a used one, left and not replaced. Hall smelled like cigarette smoke, room not so much.Not enough towels for 4 guest. Could not get hold of personnel at front desk.

Staff is friendly and eager to please. Property is clean, neat, easy to access. Access to the Highway is 10/10. Only things I’d say could use a change are the Continental breakfast could be more expansive (ex: cereal, even individual oatmeal, more choices). Also the beds could be softer. Otherwise was fine for our weekend stay.

The front desk manager was stellar! He was friendly and helpful! He even asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay better! Food options are plentiful and the downtown area was nice

They were not very nice or friendly. I did not stay for two days I think I should have been reimbursed some of my money back for that day. The hotel was ok but there was no breakfast had to ask for more.

Super Stay at Super 8
The lady at check in seen I had trouble walking. My bad knees and hip. She made sure to get me a room on the first floor without me asking for the first floor. It was a big help as there was no elevator. I would stay here again. A+

Took 3 hours to get room cool. Only two pillows on bed.I expected more from this hotel. Also had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to check us in, no clerk was at check in counter.

Overnight stopover
The gentleman at the desk that checked me in, Bill, made all the difference in my stay. This was a typical Super 8, clean, comfortable and no frills but a friendly employee can make or break your attitude towards the whole experience. Typical continental breakfast in the morning.

Nothing special, good for the price
The place was clean and comfortable. The clerk gave me a room on the first floor because of my bad knees at no extra charge. Their breakfast was cinnamon rolls, o.j. and coffee (no sweetener, just sugar). The hair drier didn't work and the light in the room that is supposed to turn on when you open the door, didn't work. Other than that is was a good stay.

Made a reservation for a king size bed however when i checked in i was told they didnt have a king size available even though i made a reservation days before..they gave me a queen size and still tried to charge me for a king ..i argued the fact and they did give me a small discount ..the queen size sucked and it made for a very miserable stay !! Whats the point in making a reservation if they dont honor it upon arrival !! Very disappointing !!

The room wasn’t bad besides the bathtub having black hand prints on the wall and if you sat on the bed it sounded like the frame was about to break and the hallways wreaked of weed and the lady at the front desk was snippy with Me when talking about my reservation probably will not be staying again and definitely not bringing my 2 daughters back

Room coffee would of been nice. Some maintenance issues. Lobby dark and yuk but room was clean. Second floor hall kinda dark. Bed hard as a rock only 3 tiny pillows for a king bed. For the bucks can’t complain.

This is a personal preference but the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bed my daughter slept on, you could hear the springs every time she moved. The pillows were not comfortable. The bathtub looked like it had hair dye or stains of some sort on the shower walls and there was an unpleasant odor in the room.

The TV did not work. The manager fixed it when we went to dinner. But it still didn't work. moved us to a different room. ! TV still didn't work. We gave up and read a book. The breakfast was coffee and a pastry.

Needs corporate attention
Where to begin. It was extremely dirty. There was a lawnmower in the hallway. Dead bugs all over room. Cigarette burns in comforter. Awful smell. Made us sick. Several people just hanging out in and around hotel parking lot all seemed like they were high on drugs. One was literally dumpster diving. We actually got a different hotel and didn't even stay the 2nd night. We did not feel safe. Our UBER driver even mentioned to us it was knows as the local drug hang out spot. On the positive side the front desk lady was kind. I felt bad for her. Corporate needs to seriously look into this facility. Wyndham is going to have something bad happen here that ends up making the news.

I rented the room for my son that was traveling for work, when my son tried to check in with the resorvation number and everything at first he was given a really hard time about checking in.

Disappointed
Checked in Friday night then went out Saturday morning. Got back to room about 11pm found out at that time door to room did not lock. Locked from inside with bring late in evening. Checked out Sunday morning and let the desk know room 307 will not lock. Said sorry nothing we can do, not our fault we didn't know until you told us have a nice day. No offer of discount or anything. Very disappointing to have that type of ending to stay.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Only had prepackaged commercial cinnamon bun and blueberry muffin, packaged juice and instant coffee. NO cereal, fruit, waffles, yogurt butter, or milk.

I stayed for 8 days and not once was my trash cans emptied although I asked for them to be. I had the same two towels for the entirety of my stay.The entire hotel smells of old cigarettes although it is “non-smoking.” Breakfast is a joke at best. My television worked less than 1/3 of my stay. PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE!!

too many people just hanging out outside .
rooms are very small. air conditioner only half worked. my little shih tzu who was on her leash and riding with me on my scooter as i am handicapped was attacked by a big dog who was on a leash but no one had a hold of it as we went out the door. thank goodness we werent hurt. there was a big mess when we checked in because we made our reservations through hotels.com, then again when we extended another night stay more issues. there were people outside just hanging out all the time. we couldnt even go sit out to smoke. not enough seating arount the building..

TV had no signal, call the front desk and the clerk did her best to walk me through it to set it up but it would not connect, she offered to come up and look at it herself which she did and was not able to get it working, she did a really good job of following up by calling me back after he tried to reach out to management and other coworkers to rectify the problem, and still wasn’t able to get it working. Bottom line is I did not get use of TV my first night. The next day The clerk told me she talk to management and told me some steps to get it working which I did on my own, and I eventually got it to work. Previous guest had it on the wrong settings and unplug the cables and not properly put them back. Which should be a quality check before the room is rented again. The part that is disappointing is when I went to check out the manager was there and I describe what happened and he said well at least you got it working. And I said yes I did it myself and would like to know what you could do since I did not have TV my first night and he immediately said since you booked through Expedia I can’t do anything for you, the next time you stay call me and book through me and then if you have a problem I can take care of it. Very unprofessional and downright poor customer service, I’m not asking for a refund I would just like an adjustment or credit of some type that shows that I am valued as a customer and was inconvenienced due to no fault of my own and negligence Of management

First room was not cleaned (bed unmade & dirty towels). Front desk was very apologetic and was prompt in giving me a different room. Room was clean, bed comfortable, best hotel pillows I have encountered, and nice parking lot.

Fairly Clean, seemed safe, quiet. Our toilet was broken in the sense when you use it you had no choice but to sit due to it teetering towards the sink. The chair in our room had a rather unpleasant white stain on it was we chose to avoid; the tv options were nice; no elevator; not allowed to enter any door but the front two and then had to hike up three flights of stairs all the way to the other end of hotel; had those doors been accessible we could have parked closer to our room and not lugged all of our stuff across the entire hotel.
