Regarding the location, I would like to point out that the hotel is located in three minutes walk from Logaras Beach, 5 minutes from Supermarket and restaurants, 15 minutes from the village of Piso Livadi. Also, the bus stop that connect our area with all the other main villages and beaches of the island is only 50 meters away. Regarding the hot water, we really wish that you had informed us about the issue, because if indeed there was no hot water, our maintenance team would fix the issue immediately. Dear John,thank you for leaving a review about your short stay with us, even when the rate 2/5 is not corresponding to our hotel's quality of facilities and services, something proved by all the excellent reviews we have acquired so far. I really wish you would inform us about your complaints, so that we would have the chance to resolve the issues. For example, when there is lack of hot water in a room, that is something that can be very easily fixed in just a few minutes. On the contrary, when you informed us about your intention to leave the hotel one day earlier, you reassured us that everything was fine, you just did not find exactly what you were looking for. We proposed that we could show you other rooms to move to and repeatedly asked you to explain us the reason of your dissatisfaction, as there is nothing that cannot be resolved, but you refused to provide a reason.When you made your reservation you were informed about the cancellation policy, that does not allow a refund for early departures. Of course, we would be happy to show flexibility at this policy, if there was an issue that could not be resolved by our side, but that was not the case. Dear guest, thank you for taking the time into writing a review about our hotel, even though it is misleading. We were very sorry about your disappointment when you realized that the room you booked was not the one you wanted. You had booked the Standard Twin Room with two single beds, while you wanted to have a double bed. It is really a pity when a guest does not get exactly what they dreamed of, that is why we encourage all guests to be very careful at the time of booking and double check what they have chosen.However, it is totally unfair and misleading to cancel all the hotel's services and our staff efforts because of that. We do not need to defend the level of our staff's service skills, or the quality of our breakfast. All the other guests before you have done it for us through their excellent reviews.
