스텝도 매우 유쾌하고 친절했고 호텔 내부 곳곳에 공용구간이 카페처럼 있어서 좋았습니다.

We loved everything about this property. The room was lovely and spacious. The staff was exceptional and always available for whatever your needs were. The breakfast offered was varied, plentiful and quite good. The location was in easy walking distance to the shopping and restaurants in Naoussa. We would definitely go back!! Highly recommend!

This property was absolutely beautiful! Amazing views from the patio. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb. Quick, easy walk into town where all the restaurants and shops are. 10/10 would stay here again

Good location as we had not originally planned on renting a car. You can easily walk to the main area for shopping, restaurants, etc and a public beach. Pool is small but nice. Great daily breakfast and restaurant employees! Bathroom was very small in our one bed queen suite. Check in was a little disorganized but our room was available on time at check in so we were happy. Note: The road in front of the hotel is very dark at night and the front desk is not staffed 24 hours. All restaurants and shops stay open way past midnight but the hotel lobby locks at midnight so you have to use an alternate entrance. We did not have any issues but it just felt a little unsafe on the walk back with few lights.

Awesome property. Located within 5 walking minutes of Naoussa town center. Beautiful view from rooms of ocean, surrouding town, and nearby hills and islands. Comfortable rooms, pillows and beds. Extremely clean and looking like new. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice pool, restaurant/bar, and chilling areas in the property. Would stay here again anytime.

Excellent choice in Noussa
Hotel was excellent. Helpful friendly staff who gave excellent suggestions on places to see and restaurants to eat at. Hotel is a short 5 minute walk to Noussa center which made it easy to walk to. Buffet breakfast was delicious and in abundance. I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation.

Best “amenity “ in the property was the staff. Friendly, professional, informative, efficient. Room was unbelievable confortable and very well suited with all the amenities. Breakfast was 5 stars. The two staff members of the front desk made our stay special. We want to acknowledge Malvina for her dedication, professionalism and willingness to go out of her way to make us feel at home. DO NOT STAY HERE. HOTEL WILL ROB YOU
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to check in to my hotel. Despite this, the hotel made NO contact on my check in and check out date. I was unable to contact the hotel until 6/12/23. By then, my card was already charged a full amount of $809.75. When I asked for a refund as I never physically stayed at this hotel, I was immediately denied this request. This hotel will ROB you and STEAL your money irrespective of extenuating circumstances that prevent you from making your reservation. DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a complete disregard of your wellness and safety. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. This hotel DOES NOT deserve the reputation of a four star service.

Staff are nice and responsive and it’s clean. If you want a basic place with limited amenities, this hotel will do just fine. The front desk is only 8am-12am. Turn down service not provided unless asked, no elevators, not much of noise cancellation/not much privacy between rooms. Not for us.

Pros : lovely staff, very nice and welcoming and help you for directions and everything. Bathrooms are spacious, good hot water. Towels are great, and cleaning service is great. Great location close to town. Nice views. Great breakfast. Cons: very noisy, walls are thin, could hear many things scraping all the time (like chairs moving). When you’re paying 250 euro a night and can’t get good sleep then that’s a problem. Also the mattress wasn’t good quality. I’ve been staying at some lower star hotels and they’ve had better quality mattresses. Overall I probably wouldn’t return given the noise and being a sensitive sleeper. If this doesn’t matter to you then definitely choose it! I would just request a room away from the pool.

This is such a cute hotel. Very authentic. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, public beach, water taxi and nightlife. Room/shower were a little small and thin curtains letting in plenty of sunshine but I would highly recommend. I loved everything about this place, this town and this island!!
