Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, and George was an excellent host! The location is a bit out of the way from the rest of Parikia, especially if you'll be getting around on foot, but fortunately the surrounding area is fairly quiet and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Kontaratos Studios& Apartments! Giorgos was so kind and welcoming. Always available if we had questions. The property is beautiful and clean and well located. Very short walk to the beach, walkable to the port, restaurants and shopping. Perfect vacation!

We had a great stay at Kontaratos. The room was clean and has everything we needed and the owner, George, was very welcoming. There is no parking at the property, but we had no problem finding spots in the surrounding streets.

Great stay- will be back!
George was warm and welcoming from the first call! He easily provided us with walking instructions to the room from the port since we only had a couple carryons and backpacks. It’s located in a charming area along the port with several beaches and tavernas just a short step away. We stayed in the basement room since this was just a short stay prior to leaving, and admittedly I was worried when I initially booked the room. However, I would recommend it highly for anyone traveling that is looking for a budget friendly option. The room was spotless and had two beds to make a queen, the air conditioner worked lighting fast every evening when we got back to the room. The bathroom shower had great water pressure, which can be a challenge for anyone with super long thick hair. No worries here at all. We had a mini fridge and best of all, a washing machine in our unit. This was so valuable after our long weeks of traveling! There is a designated outdoor patio that you have plenty of room to enjoy outside or hang your clothes to dry. George assured us many times he was just a call away if we needed anything at all, but it was such a nice and easy stay that we didn’t have to call on him at all. Lastly- we rented a quad and there was plenty of room at night to park around d the building, which was helpful. We would definitely come back and stay longer on our next trip!

If you’re looking for a safe, nice comfortable location a with a delightful owner that goes extra to make your stay enjoyable and accommodating, this is your place. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kontaratos Studios & Apartments. The location was quite convenient as it was a short walk from both the beach and the main town, Parikia. The room was extremely clean (and cleaned once per day) and the amenities suited all of my needs. In addition, the apartment I stayed in was very secured and the surrounding environment was quiet. The host, George, was also very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely add this apartment complex to my favorites list and if I ever return to the Island of Paros I will surely reach out to George in an attempt to secure accommodation at this location.

Lovely place! Beautiful spot! Walking distance from Parikia. Very clean and tidy. Everything you could need for your stay in Paros - washing machine, hair dryer, fridge etc. Giorgos is a fantastic host, always keen for a chat! And more than helpful with any problem that you may have. Dropped us to the port for no extra charge at the end of our stay too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic find in Paros!
Great stay at Kontaratos Studios in Paros. Booked last minute and he picked us up from the port. Our room was ready, clean and spacious for 5 people, very unique appartements, fridge, plates and cutlery, a kitchen sink to wash in and a small washing machine in the room. It was a quiet and well maintained apartments & studios by Mr George and his family. Extremely generous host and always ready to assist, he took great care of us. Very close to the beach(5 minutes), a nice stroll towards the port and all the shops, cafés and restaurants (10-15 minutes), the apartment is really well situated! Mr George has many great restaurant recommendations near by. Will definitely be back to Kontaratos Studios!

Panoramic Views
I was met at the port, and dropped back when I left, by the very kind owner at no extra cost. This also gave an opportunity for him to point out some restaurants, including an excellent local cafe. My room was clean and comfortable. It had an amazing panoramic view of the town and surrounding hills. The location was perfect, a short walk from the restaurants, shops and old town but far enough away to be quiet. It was also very handy to have a washing machine in the room.

Relaxing stay at Konataratos
Usually I’m too lazy to leave reviews but we had such a great time at Kontaratos. It had all the facilities we need plus a few extras - washing machine (handy when you’re on a long holiday) plus an outdoor courtyard to relax and read. It was so clean I thought it was a new hotel! Giorgos and Marianna were very hospitable and approachable. They clearly put a lot of work into running the hotel. We sent our ferry arrival times a few days in advance and Giorgos picked us up. He gave us clear instructions on where to meet. They even gave us a little magnet as a memento of our stay in Paros. How nice is that?! I would recommend this place to travellers aged 30+ who are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Our stay in Kontaratos Studios & Apartments was amazing! The hotel is located 3 minutes from the beach and all the little gift shops, bars, e restaurants. The rooms are super clean and comfortable with a nice balcony with tables and chairs. Great and friendly staff. It’s a family business and they are all very nice and helpful. They gave us a lot of good advices where to go and what to see in Paros. We just can’t wait to be back and will definitely stay in Kontaratos Studios & Apartments.

Soggiorno eccellente!!! Siamo stati per 4 giorni a paros e ci siamo trovati benissimo in ogni aspetto. In particolare ho riscontrato una pulizia ottima, una precisione impeccabile e tanto calore e ospitalità. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile ( ci è venuto a prendere e ci ha riaccompagnati al porto in macchina ). Ogni giorno pulivano alla stanza e cambiavano sapone e shampoo; ogni 2 giorni cambiavano gli asciugamani; e ogni 3 le lenzuola. Un servizio come se fossimo in un hotel! Inoltre ci ha fornito importanti informazioni su luoghi da visitare, spiagge e posti dove mangiare. È stato proprio un bel soggiorno! Da ripetere, lo consigliamo a tutti

George est une personne sympathique et très accueillant ! Le logement très bien situé à 3 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces. Très propre, ménage et drap changé tout les jours ! Lit très confortable et au calme. George est venu nous chercher au port et nous y a ramené. George à facilité une location de scooter à un prix préférentiel. Paros est une très belle Isle et en scooter c'est l'idéale pour la visiter ! Je recommande vivement !

Exceptional La struttura è situata in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa nonostante si trovi a 5 minuti a piedi dalla movida del lungomare/spiaggia di Parikia. E' possibile raggiungere il porto a piedi in 15 minuti da cui partono autobus, barche e battelli che consentono di raggiungere facilmente varie località turistiche (paesi, spiagge, isole). Il proprietario è molto corretto, gentile e disponibile; all'arrivo e alla partenza garantisce un servizio gratuito di trasporto da/per il porto. Eccellenti i servizi di pulizia e cambio di asciugamani/lenzuola.

A friendly cosy place with welcoming hosts George and his family were fabulous hosts. Really loved our stay here. He recommended, great restaurants and bars on Paros and told us how to get about with buses etc. He picked us up and dropped us back at the port in his old VW van which was a lot of fun and a warm welcome. The apartment is very clean and homely with a lot of character. George’s wife cleans the room everyday and it’s a short walk from the beach, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. All in all a great, easy, clean and welcoming stay. Thank you Georgie, from Clement and Jaye! Would definitely recommend for all ages.

The apartment is comfortable and bigger than what I thought, its nice and clean, you can find everything you want in your stay. Me and my kids felt that we are in our home. We really like the apartment. It was spacious, really clean, really nice decor, air conditioner with heating, and lovely large balcony to sit out and watch people go by. It was great that we were on the first floor so we were a level up for good views and more sense of security. The apartment is in a good location transport wise, it's around 5-10 minutes walk from the port and the center Paros. Giorgos our host was really friendly and helpful, he gave us a good list of things we could do in the area and he responded really quickly to our questions and requests.

Exceptional “Amazing! We can't wait to come back” Very friendly owner, ready to help with transport from the port or answer questions about the island. The area is quite, walking distance to the center. There are restaurants nearby and a beach. Our rooms are cleaned every day, and we also had one large balcony on the 2nd floor with very nice view. Excellent in all aspects. We booked 2 different rooms, for the us and the other friendly couple. A great location that is an easy flat walk and only a few minutes away from the crystal clear waters of Livadia beach, restaurants and shops. George and the his wife Marianna the owner is a fantastic host and has a wealth of knowledge to share about Paros, he even organised a rental car to be dropped off at the apartments at a great rate, lot of space. For couples wanting a romantic stay I would recommend the top floor penthouse studio with plenty of privacy, outside covered space and panoramic views of Parikia. We cannot wait to return and enjoy another relaxing holiday at Kontaratos Studios & Apartments. Katie & Jeremy - Australia

Everything is authentic here. George and Marianna are supersympathetic hosts, very heartful and friendly. Communication was easy and George even picked us up from the boat and brought us back too, which was very helpful with the luggage. He also gave us all the necessary information regarding shops, restaurants and other venues. The apt is in Parikia, the central town of Paros but in a quite neighbourhood, which is great when you need to recover from the strains of beach life ;-) its a small but very neat and tidy place with local decoration and the rooms were cleaned every day. The terrace with table and 2 couches gives you the chance to enjoy the evening with a cool drink and a splendid view. Definitely recommendable!!!

Perfect, Wonderful stay, high recommendation George is a super host, very friendly and funny, love to speak with him. The apartmant is very clean, close to everything. The rooms are very moody with the hundreds of pictures, they are well equipped. Free transfer to port is very comfortable. Great location, fantastic hospitality, Recommend!! This was the perfect little place for us. Great location with a 10-12 minute walk to the Port, 5 minute walk to the beach and a row of restaurants. Our room was fantastic, super clean, and George even let us stay in the big room with no extra charge since it was currently not booked! George was super helpful and gave us great tips about where to eat, picked us up at the port and dropped us off, and was there for our every need. Super cute cafe called Parea right down the street that we highly recommend as well. The neighborhood was quiet and made a perfect getaway. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place to relax. Our entire experience was amazing at George and Marianna's place! George really goes out of his way to make sure you feel welcome and have the best experience imaginable. From local tips on where to get cheaps great eats to the best beaches to anything else you could wish a smile on his face! Everything is authentic here and the view is just icing on the cake. Watching the sunset from our balcony was a memorable moment for both of us! We will definitely be back to stay gere again-next time for longer! Wonderfull greek hospitability, absolutelly recommend to stay there.

Fantastic host,Great accommodation, Great location
All our experience was amazing at George and Marianna's place! This was the perfect place for us. Great location with a 10-12 minute walk to the Port, 5 minute walk to the beach and a row of restaurants. Our room was fantastic, super clean, and George even let us stay in the big room with no extra charge since it was currently not booked! George was super helpful and gave us great tips about where to eat, picked us up at the port and dropped us off, and was there for our every need. Super cute cafe called Parea right down the street that we highly recommend as well. The neighborhood was quiet and made a perfect getaway. Would highly recommend staying here!

This property is not as advertised! We booked it as a self contained apartment style accomodation, and received a dorm style room within the house. We were also told that this was not actually our room, and that we were going to be moved after a few days!! You are not allowed to cook in the kitchen, or even bring any food back to the accomodation at all! You are also not allowed to do your washing, bring wet towels or swimming costumes back from the beach, use the mugs for anything other than tea/coffee, use the plates for anything other than fruit or make any sort of noise after dark. There are many rules for the accomodation that are not listed on Expedia, the accomodation is not as advertised, and we found the host aggressive, intimidating and actually quite scary. We lasted a total of 6 hours in this place before booking somewhere else.

You came for check in at 10.30 am and you were very drunk which resulted in being very loud and disturbing our customers who were already at our property enjoying their stay. Around 1:00 – 3:00 in the middle of the night you started vomiting and being even more noisy, causing many complaints. We kindly asked you to be more quiet since our customers were trying to rest but you ignored us. We are a family business, operating for more than 20 years, and this is the first time customers created such an issue. We have many customers that keep coming back to our property because of our service and quality and we always aim on having satisfied travelers that had a wonderful time in our beautiful Paros. However, such impolite behaviors are not accepted to our property especially when disturbing others. We have been partners with Expedia many years and we never faced something like this before. We hope that you will visit us again being less drunk and we will be more than happy to accommodate you in the best way possible. At least we hope that you enjoyed your holidays in Paros!”

Perfekt familjeboende nära allt!
Mycket angenäm upplevelse - Giorgios som driver stället är mycket vänlig och välkomnande. Han guidar, tipsar och delar med sig av vad Paros har att erbjuda! Vi är väldigt nöjda och kommer gärna åter. Hotellet ligger på bekvämt avstånd från hamn, bad och restauranger samt i ett lugnt område där nattsömnen inte blir störd. Rekommenderas!!!

Spacious , clean , renovated , private
We were met by George a fabulous and humorous host in his VW van. He carried our cases to a beautifully renovated and private room. It was beautifully decked out and decorated. He provided great info and spotless accommodation which had been freshly painted and recently updated. He couldn't do enough to help us and it was close to all things we needed. A perfect choice.

Perfect place to stay in Paros
Located close to everything, with amazing restaurants, shops, cafe bars all close by. The arpartments are spotless clean and really comfortable, with a kitchen,air conditioning, clean linen and also a balcony. George and Marianna the owners are wonderful people, so friendly and really helpful. It was so good that we stayed and extra two nights!! Highly recommend satying here. Made our stay in Paros the stand out highlight while travelling around the Greek islands.

clean, affordable and comfy
George is a very welcoming and friendly host, he even picked us up from the port! and he drove us back there when we left. The room itself was comfortable, Facilities are very, very clean.with hot water available at all times, A/C, a fridge and TV. The location of his premises is convenient enough and within a walking distance from the old city of Paroikia and a nice beach. We've had a fantastic time in Paros, Highly recommended!

The apartment was very beautiful and clean. There was an amazing view from the house. It was near the port, restaurants and shops, very useful. The place is very quiet, Paros is an incredible city to visit. And George is a very good host !

Amazing stay in Parikia!
We had a great 3 nights at George's place in Parikia! George wae very kind to pick us up from the ferry so we didn't need to carry our bags around. The location is great, only 5 mins walk from the beach. We liked the fact it wasn't on the main street which made it nice and quiet. The room was great!We actually got upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome! It was equipt with everything we needed, including a large fridge. The room was very clean and tidy and towels were changed often. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Paros island!
