Buenas tardes Jessica.Por favor, a quien lea, verifiquen con todos los otros comentarios.Gracias por su reserva y por habernos elegido, lamento mucho que no les haya gustado su estancia y lo siento pero no me acuerdo de ustedes, creo que ustedes nunca llegaron al hotel, fue No show y un enfado por no haber aceptado la cancelación por 24h solicitada.Indiferentemente contestare.Si tenemos animales, pero no solo perros, gatos, mapaches, monos, perezosos, lapas y muchos animales mas en la propiedad... somos Pet friendly , no solo son nuestros sino de los inquilinos e clientes que alquilan en el hotel y que son amantes de los peludos y vienen a disfrutar con ellos.Usted es muy radical diciendo que somo una estafa, usted sera de la competencia ? Usted con perdón sos la que no tiene respeto por los demás, gracias que tenemos el 99% de nuestros clientes felices de disfrutar su estancia con nosotros y vuelven.Cuando un cliente , in sito, no esta satisfecho de su reserva, hubiese tenido que consultar con su agencia para ver las posibilidades de cambio esto Doña Jessica hubiese sido lo correcto sin insultar y siempre con educación.Pura Vida

Good night JacobI am very sorry that your stay was frustrating for you, 99% of our clients are delighted and I suppose they have a very open mind to enjoy our paradise, what a shame, I am devastated.We have animals, dogs, cats, raccoon all rescued. In Costa Rica, the animals roam freely, we do not use leashes and closures since we are mostly Animalists. I don't understand why you had this surprise when all the customer comments announce them. I recommend futur clients inform themselves correctly about the place before making a reservation and then do not make inappropriate comments.You forgot to mention that monkeys are coming, sloth, some iguanas on the roofs, hummingbirds, flights of Pelicans, Cararas, limpets, Colorful birds, Peruchas, etc...It is surprising, to receive today *no one from the staff was also informed, that Pepa, the semi-wild raccoon, scratched your baby! I'm a mother, so if it had happened to me, I would have requested her vaccination card to be sure, but no one asked me for it!One light bulb may not be working, sorry I know it have to be perfect. It usually happens in high season when we barely have 1 hour to clean and prepare an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, bathroom, 2 terraces, 6 very big windows, kitchen used and dirty left by previous clients. It would have been solved in a few minutes but no one ever came to report the errors, it is a shame clients don't have a lack of communication when I believe that we are always present for you.You must have been confused,Our Guaro Sauwer current price 3,500, you may not have had just 1 drink or not just 1 cocktail in his price! If you calculate how much the is, on my calculator it's less the 7 and not 24 as you wrongly claim. We do not force anyone to consume in the hotel.
