The front doors are locked in the late evening and overnight for safety and security reasons. What time did you arrive? The parking lot is lit though the past two evenings with heavy rain it certainly was darker than it normally appeared.

Hi Suzanne. As we discussed when you arrived we didn't have rooms with garden view of the type you book. We are glad you enjoy the stay and we keep working with our housekeeping staff to make sure to overlook nothing even at times when they are rushed to get rooms done in a timely manner.

We continue to remind our housekeepers to watch for any signs of mold from showers so that it can be cleaned immediately. Thank you for your honest reply. Previous managers/owners of the property sought to mask smells with air fresheners and the like where our approach is to present each room as if you were the first one ever to use. We hope that you will consider coming again and see and smell these improvements.

It is unfortunate that the coffee maker was missed from your last visit. We have worked hard to implement and achieve even higher standards of cleanliness in these past few trying months and continue to seek our staff to ensure everything is cleaned every time.
