The room was decent enough, not the best but good enough for us. The price was also reasonable. Unsure about the ownership but the hotel seemed like one those franchised family-owned hotels, which I have nothing against, but staff in need of customer service training. Communication was unpleasant at times especially with one of the staff or owner who was rude and very aggressive. Requests by telephone or in person were met with irritated responses.

Water was dripping above our room the entire night our last night. We tried on several occasions to tell someone at the front desk and there was no one there every time we looked. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Dirty None on site to help out Breakfast was all out and no one to replace any food or help NO help or assistance ! Rooms smell like smoke Walls were chipped and disgusting

Unfortunately it was not a food experience ! Rooms were dirty Lack of lining Terrible breakfast and no one was there the help out ever ! Our door security hinge was loose we let them know and they didn’t care it eventually locks us out and we could get in They did they are minimum to help I will be requesting some sort of refund !

Staff were never at the desk or answered the phone. Rooms were cleanish but lots of holes in the wall from old pictures and furniture. I would only stay here again if I absolutely had too. 2-3 star at best.

dirty run down missing advertised amenities. Hole's in bathroom wall and in living area. Dirty towel in bathroom, dirty mirror in bathroom, dirty carpet, stains on walls and furniture no hair dryer in room Actually appalling for my girlfriend to stay there I have pictures and this place is just awful

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean but in need some some repair, ie: hole in the wall, unfinished paint, things like that but overall it was a nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were able to get a late checkout without any issue. The breakfast was lacking but the hotel wasn’t very crowded so I can see why the selection was minimal but it was sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and we got good rest. There is a microwave, mini fridge and a great hair dryer in the room. We will be back in March and happy to stay again.

I will never stay at Baymont by Wyndham again after this experience. We were forced to move out of our room in the middle of the night because the person on duty said he was not qualified to replace batteries in the room smoke detector, which was chirping loudly every 30 seconds and keeping us awake.

Staff was friendly and responsive! We had an issue with a bed frame that stuck out too far and we stubbed our toe on it. We spoke with Ash at the front desk and she had the issue remedied immediately. Real nice experience!

Breakfast bar and service of the breakfast bar was terrible. Food was not replaced in a timely manner. Quantity and choice of food was sub par. Tables were not wiped at any time we were present. No meats to go with eggs. As far as the rooms go thery were clean. However the sheet and pillow case on the bed were stained. The heating unit was extremely loud and could not heat the whole room. Bathroom and tile floors were always cold. The desk attendants were helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and It appears to be declining. Location was good but turn into the lot from route 46 is somewhat dangerous as it is on a curve. You need to be aware of cars coming fast behind you. Turn in is narrow and a car coming out can be in your way. Be cautious when turning. Pricing was good so I guess I got what I paid for as other hotels in the area are more expensive.

Room was fine, very basic. Did not like that i had to pay a $50 deposit until post stay inspection. Shower floor was law-suit slippery, shampoo, soap bottles were not clean on top, same with tissue box. Not enough pillows Toilet kept running after every flush.
