Pour l'accueil, moins pour les prestations.
Il en fallait de peu pour que cet hôtel ait un réel charme, mais les finitions légères, l'insonorisation minimaliste et les tarifs prétentieux au regard des prestations ternissent grandement le tableau. Reste un accueil des plus chaleureux.

Vue superbe sur la plage, la mer et les falaises.
1 nuitée du samedi au dimanche en vue de participer au trail de la côte d'Opale. Hotel un peu décentré à 10 minutes à pied du centre et/ou de la plage. Chambre confortable et très propre. Petit déjeuner très bien. A noter qu'il faut aller chercher la clé de la chambre à la réception de l'autre hotel Le Vivier qui se trouve au centre face à l'église. Notons que au centre l'hotel dispose de son propre restaurant qui propose un excellent plateau royal de crustacés. Un petit bémol concernant l'alèse plastique sur le matelas (on se réveille tout transpirant la nuit).

Comfortable hotel near quaint beach town
The hostess was lovely. The hotel was convenient, a bit outside of town but still easy to find and travel around. The family suite was perfect for us as we had 4 adults and 2 younger kids. We had spacious rooms and terraces and fantastic views. We look forward to visiting again.

Well worth a visit.
We had a great stay, while enjoying the interesting history of the area and the two "Caps" with great free parking and excellent information boards. When logging onto the Hotels website you can view live streams of the hotel views and the wonderful beach.

Not a place we could stay
We had booked online and checked straight out after arrival. The lady in charge at reception was very pleasant and listened to our reasoning - they even showed us an alternative room - which was even worse. The room was certainly flattered from the site photographs as was the garden. Parking would be a nightmare with very little space and no real alternative nearby. A full length mirror was leaning against a wall in the bedroom and there was a wide gap at the top of the fixed bed where pillows would just fall down. I think the impression given on the site - theirs and Hotels.com - certainly flatters. We drove 200 miles from Laon to get there and drove 200 miles back to stay somewhere else as life is too short to waste a week somewhere as bad as this. Losing that much money is not something we can do lightly but a cost worth paying to ensure our holiday was enjoyable. This is the first time a booking has been so wrong.

Hotel mit traumhafter Aussicht
Wir haben eine Woche in diesem hübschen Hotel verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fing mit dem überaus herzlichen Empfang an, sehr erfreulich auch der Lift, man braucht die Koffer nicht die Treppen hochschleppen.Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hatte man eine grandiose Aussicht auf den Ärmelkanal und konnte die Klippen von Dover sehen. Das Bett war erfreulich breit und hatte eine sehr bequeme Matratze, es waren auch genügend Kopfkissen vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen, zumal es auch sehr ruhig lag. Zum Strand konnte man auch bequem zu Fuß gehen. Der Ort Wissant ist einer der schönsten Orte an der Küste mit wunderbarem Sandstrand.

Great sea view
We stayed in the annexe which had amazing sea views and a balcony. The room had everything we needed for a stopover and was in a good position for the Tunnel. Thought the price a bit steep. The only thing I would change was the mattress protector which was plastic and sweaty in the night. Also no dogs allowed on promenade or beach. However we ate in the Main hotel and it was excellent if a bit prices.

Quiet rest
My wife & I are walking the Via Francigena from Canterbury to Arras. We had a little trouble checking in because it's in a different location than the hotel proper. Once we were settled in though we loved everything about Wissant.

We a wissant
We en couple accro à la côte d opale et ses caps pour le jogging en couple et seule et pour le vent pour Mr et le kitesurf. Très bon accueil à la Reception, attention si vous optez pour chambre avec vue sur mer , c est dans un autre établissement du vivier à la sortie. Mais Wissant n étant pas grand cela se fait bien à pied!! Surtout que nous avons dîné au rstaurant de l hôtel en centre et avons pu déguster avec des fruits de mer très frais du Pouilly Fumé. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l écoute.
