Nice and Cheap
It was good to stay there. Little bit far from Pattaya beach but peaceful area.

Nice place
Fairly good for a 2 star hotel nice staff, but cold shower no hot water in my room but wasn't a big issue as was 30c every day outside:-) Earplugs are a must for this hotel due to the wildlife outside the stray dogs being the worse fighting at all hours but then this is Thailand not Nyc so not a major issue as slept well with earplugs..

Great quiet place in Pattaya
First of all: amazing value for money!!! We stayed five nights there and when we returned to Pattaya we stayed again in AA Guesthous. We were two students from Europe looking for party in Pattaya. The Guesthouse is located about 1.5 kilometers away from walking street. However, rent a cheap motorbike close by, walking through the neighbourhoods and taking motor-bike taxis made it no big deal to access every place where the crowd is. The rooms are large and very comfortable (AirCond, TV, Fridge), Toilet and shower in one room (like usually in Thailand). great neighbourhood with many local restaurants which are super cheap and the menu-card sometimes is only in Thai. Not a tourist neighbourhood, but a great experience.
