Hotel entsprach nicht den Angaben.
Ein großes Zimmer, keine Sitzecke, wie versprochen, weder Tisch noch Stuhl, kein WLAN, kein Föhn, das alles sollte laut hotels.com vorhanden sein, die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, ich musste anrufen ( Check -in kurz nach 14Uhr), aber es war ruhig, Bett und Dusche waren ok., gut genug für eine Nacht, deshalb habe ich am nächsten Tag ausgecheckt, gebucht waren 2 Tage.

My feedback
1. I arrived the hotel at 17:00 on 6 September 2021. Nobody is at the hotel. Confirmed, I mean no staff at the hotel, just only me. I did not know how to do. The hotel was not look like ready to open because I saw so many materials at hotel entrance. 2. I searched the hotel phone number. I got 2 numbers, I called both numbers. No one picked up the numbers. Unbelievable!!!!!!! 3. I tried contact the Hotels.com. The virtual staff talked to me, I am sure that you can see the record. My problem still cannot be solved. I tried to tell your staff to call me my number, but nobody call me. I did not know why???? 3. At that time, I did not know what to do. 4. I decided to walk to see a security of the next condo, and asked him about the staff of the hotel. He just told me to see someone in another office. 5. I walked to that office. I saw a lady at the office. She gave me a hotel's staff phone number. 6. So I called her, it worked. She can contact a staff to open the room at the hotel for me. 7. I think that night there is only me at the hotel. 8. Now, 7 September 2021 at 22:24, nobody call me to say any word. 9. If you or anyone has any question please email or call me, you have my email and phone number. PS. I do not want the show the pictures at the hotel.

Early check-in was no problem, friendly staff. a quiet pleasant place to stay...hop on a baht bus and go downtown or to the beach...several restaurants close by

Nahe der Busstation zum Airport. Freundlicher Service. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Baht Bus vor der Tür.

スタッフだけ
いつも泊まってるホテルで部屋が広くて気に入っています、場所もスーパーがすぐ近くでソンテオで何処でもいけます。 ただ昼のメガネのフロントのおばさんと夜のフロントのおじさんの対応は最悪です、今回は6泊中4日間はブレーカーが落ちて夜中にクーラーが止まりました、フロントのおじさんに言うと何故部屋を変えなかったのと怒られる始末、最終日だけ部屋を変えて貰いましたが、何か納得出来ず対応は悪いです、いつもはプールサイドの部屋でしたが今回はは空きがなくメゾネットタイプの部屋だったからかも知れませんね、泊まるならプールサイドスイートをオススメします、プールサイドの部屋ならリピートありかな？スタッフの対応は最悪だけど出かけることが多いのでそういう人には向いているかと！

My stay
The place is quiet and unassuming. Baht busses just outside for easy transport either to beach of to shopping center, a food market very close by and several restaurants. Friendly reception!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Das Chateau Dale ist ein sehr gutes Appartement Hotel mit einfachen, aber grossen und sauberen Zimmern. Es hat auch eine kleine Küchenecke. Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen, um schnell zur Beach oder zur Unterhaltung zu gelangen. Das Hotel Team ist sehr freundlich. Es hat auch einen kleinen Pool. Die öffentlichen Busse sind vor der Haustür. Etwa 100m weiter hat es ein Supermarkt der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat. Es hat auch sehr gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Ist zu empfehlen, wenn es nicht 5 Sterne sein müssen.

Put your value in the safe !
Please avoid to leave your values, including hided in your belongings, because the staff and cleaners are taking the time to look carefully and steal you. First time in Thailand i was stolen in an hotel!

快適なリゾートホテル
こじんまりしたリゾートホテルでバルコニーからのプールビューは魅力的でした。これでバスタブがあればほぼ完璧だったです。

Difficult to find
Big room but shower was either hot or cold with no happy medium. Could do with some hand towels and face clothes. Very difficult to find with no signage. Confused it with Chateau Dale. Frasers Pub in front was good for all mealsdiff

verkehrsmäßig günstig gelegenes Hotel
zu den Stränden in Jomtien wie auch zur Stadt Pattaya nur wenige Minuten mit dem Sammeltaxi. In der Nähe Busbahnhof und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Verschiedene Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer (Junior-Suite) ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Nassbereich (Dusche, Toilette) aktuell renoviert. Küchenzeile eher bescheiden (kein warmes Wasser, keine Kochmöglichkeit, lediglich funktionstüchtige Mikrowelle). Pool sehr klein, allenfalls als Kinderplanschbecken nutzbar. Personal ist sehr rücksichtsvoll, ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Bilder im Netz sind irreführend. Keine Möglichkeit den Pool der anderen Chateau Dales zu nutzen.

Majority of staff very helpful and friendly. Very peaceful and quiet, situated in a great spot. The only downside was no chair in the room. You had sort of wall desk but nowhere to sit. It is easy to mix up hotel with Chateau Dale Itself,although a few minutes walk away it is still a nuisance when friends come to meet for drinks and they goto the wrong place. Hotel well situated, 2 mins walk from bus station 5 mins walk to Jomtien and Jomtien complex, 10 mins walk to beach or a short Bhat bus ride. I will use it again.Review

Just tried a cheaper hotel for checking standard. Sure IT is value for money. Bad wi-fi but isn't IT everywhere in Thailand? :-)

Good location close to many amenities. Hardest bed I have ever come across in 30 years of traveling. Hard to find hotel with very little signage. Locals couldn't even direct us to the location. Room cleaned everyday and supplies restocked. Large, but basic room, no chairs or table in room. Furniture falling apart.

Great value, great location
You really cannot find a better deal. The room is spacious, excellent television, free wifi. The shuttle to and from airport stops right next door. Many excellent restaurants within a block or so. We had no problem getting a minvan to pick us up and bring us to the peir at Ban Phe to take ferry to Kho Samet.

Bargain stay
I was staying in poolside suite. Feels like having own terrace and pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Furniture (and TV) are a bit outdated. However, for the price I would call this a bargain. Good restaurants and good spa practically in the same building.

C'est un petit hôtel au calme sur une voie très fréquentée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées même si un petit coup de rénovation ne ferait pas de mal, malgré que ce soit un établissement récent. La piscine entre les chambres et agréable mais l'hôtel était vide lors de mon séjour, à vérifier si tout le monde est en même temps dedans :) bon rapport qualité-prix
