그닥..
위치 찾기가 넘 힘들어요 근처에 비슷한 이름이 많아서.. 찾는데 많이 힘듭니다.. 시설은 오래되서 그닥 좋지 않습니다 근처에 좋은 레스토랑이 많다는게 장점 생각보다 수영장도 작고 취사시설 역시 많이부족 합니다.. 무엇보다 매일 청소가 없다는게 제일 큰 약점.. 4박했는데 청소를 안해주더군요 ..둘째날부터 타월이 부족해 따로 청소부 불러서 청소했네요 ㅜㅜ 칠천바트인가 팔천바트 주고ㅜ

가족이나 친구들끼리 머물기 좋은 빌라
일단 호텔의 침구류나 쇼파 등등의 청결은 좋았습니다만, 개미, 거미, 도마뱀 등 다양한 곤충들과 같이 생활해야 합니다. 하루에 50 unit의 전기료만 무료이므로 초과 1 unit당 6 바트를 지불해야 합니다. 방 3개의 에어컨, 마루의 에어컨을 풀로 키고 있으면 50 unit이상의 전기료가 발생합니다. 워킹스트리트와의 거리는 그리 멀지 않으나 택시나 썽태우 기사가 위치를 모르거나 근처의 다른 호텔과 착각하기 일쑤입니다. 지도를 보여줘도 지도 보는 법도 잘 모릅니다. 워킹스트리트에서 썽태우 200바트 정도를 평균적으로 요구합니다.

Overall, its a good and really cool place to book a vacation home. The staff were great, although contracted out by the owner of the property as well as their maintenance staff (to upkeep the pool). The pros: - There are a nice selection of stores, bars and other misc. services/shops in walking distance. There is a 7-11 right around the corner and another one down the hill. You can also walk to big buddha mountain as well. - It is entirely possible to hang out at the house all day and call it a good day as there are 4 TV's , 1 in each room and 1 in the living room. - It is quite easy to do your own laundry (there are no machines, but you can hand wash them and air dry it on the provided laundry racks). The cons: - It is not within walking distance to walking street or Jomtien, taking a cab (or grab) can be quite costly over time. I spent a lot on grab fares. Getting to a baht bus route was a far walk as well. - The electricity is quite pricey as well. If you leave the A/C units on quite a bit, the cost will add up. I paid about 3000 THB over the 6 nights I was there. - There is a beach that is in a borderline walking distance, but it is somewhat off the beaten path where you go down to that hotel down the hill and there are some stairs that lead down to a small secluded beach. But it's there...

WARNING - please choose another villa
There are so many issues with this villa that I shall list them in point form: - No hot water in 2 out of 4 toilets. - Jacuzzi not connected to drainage for one of the rooms. - The shower head was only barely retractable, which made it difficult to shower in the jacuzzi. - Construction outside the villa made it difficult to get to. - No communication from the villa managers, we had to reach out first. - Pool had razor sharp stones on its steps, one of our guys badly cut himself whilst swimming and needed bandages. - Only one key given. - WIFI was so bad it might as well not have been provided. - Worst of all, electricity usage is recorded and charged at 136 baht per unit. We ended up using 6 units worth although we barely stayed in the villa, and was charged close to 800 baht for simply using a reasonable amount of electricity. Truly was a first for us, and that experience was not welcome.

Trendy clean pool villa
Villa was beautiful, comfortable beds, nice clean pool. Only downside was it was hard to find.

cosy and relax staying in this villa, the beds are big enough. But we were shocked by the cockroaches crawling in the kitchen when we first opened the door.
