The property is in prime location right next to the beach and shops. Really nice staff, clean rooms and area, definately would recommend. A slight downside is that the Internet can be a bit slow when outside of the main building but otherwise excellent accommodations.

Friendly staff, Dre always there to help with anything you need. Location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Hotel was dirty, outdated, missing, furniture, and mosquitoes old pictures. The Hotel does not even look like what is in their ad.

It’s a nice hotel, and there is much to like. But no safe, desk, or minibar in the rooms, as it states. Toiletries were lacking – there wasn’t even any shampoo provided, and just one tiny bar soap. The air conditioning works, but not very well. The exterior of the property is really run down and in horrible shape, but the inside of the rooms are actually modern and updated (except for the mold in the shower). And there is no restaurant, bar, or room service at all, even though it says it has these. There is only a breakfast buffet, and honestly it’s not very good at all. Finally, I reserved a queen bed, but instead it was two twin beds pushed together.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room I stayed in was clean, the bathroom was either recently tiled or thoroughly cleaned, either way walls and floor looked like new. The non chlorinated large pool is well maintained, water is clean and not hurting the eyes, big plus there. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool, excellent place to sip morning coffee of afternoon beer. I see some people are complaining about not having hot water. Note how long these "Main wings" are. It just takes some time before the hot water reaches the room. In my room it took about 2 or 3 minutes but never a problem. Breakfast was average, a bit pricey (300 baht) considering the food offered but convenient to eat in air conditioned restaurant. It is advertised that there is spa, sauna and massage but there were no such facilities open so a minus there. Room service closes already at 5 and don't do some of the dishes on menu (no fish 'n chips) - egg fried rice was OK tho. No safe in room however there are safety boxes behind the 24h counter which, in my opinion, are safer place for the valuables because there is always someone watching them. The hotel is old and shows it's age. No electronic sliding door anywhere, no lifts etc. Depending on what you pay I'd give this hotel anywhere between five and three stars. If you pay $20 or less per night it's five stars. $20 to $30 four stars; beyond $30 three stars and for that price I'd look around for alternative hotels, many around this area.

No hot water, the room was smelly, drain blocked in the bathroom. Aircon control didn't work. Great location with lots of grass and trees, Songbirds in the morning. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and staff training.

Give this one a miss or you will be disappointed
Property is old and in need of a full refurb.net curtains with holes in them an filthy no grab rails in bath/shower and dangerously slippery tiles on floor,bed was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes,breakfast was a high priced disgrace not suitable for. Europeans. I left with seven nights remaining with 7 nights remaining and checked into a modern hotel for the last week. no chance of any refund for the room or breakfasts I had paid for in advance.upon reflection I could not have picked a worse hotel!

A Pleasant place to stay
The resort was not busy at the time we were there due to the after effects of COVID on tourism, but the service and facilities were very good. The location on the main beach strip was good with restaurants nearby. Close enough to the action but far enough away to not be part of it if you don't wish to be.

The first room had no hot water. After the staff checked it twice over two hours, they basically shrugged their shoulders. At my suggestion, they moved me to another room, which also had no hot water. Again, they shrugged their shoulders. Only when I packed my bags, threatened to move and got the manager on the phone did they move me to a third room. Finally, hot water.

Location!
Location was great, close to the beach, and short walk to the main street. They had free breakfast buffet for us which was a plus, the food was good, enough variety to fill our tummies. Hotel lobby area, and grounds are nicely kept. You can tell it needs an update when u get to your room. Toiletries are provided. The bed was quite hard, for those who are sensitive you may have a hard time sleeping. Staff was friendly. No in room safe.

Wifi was bad, kept loosing connection. No elevators and steep stairs to second floor room. Irregular steps in pool area, watch our footing! Breaks in concrete walk to beach road.

i would rate it 3 stars at the best.no idea how it got 4.5 star rating,rooms are quite old and worn out,always had problems with hot water in the shower,no safe deposit box in the rooms,wireless internet in the room did not work at all. housekeeping lady was great and friendly apart from her hotel staff looks bored and uninterested.
