A great little hotel but without an elevator so be prepared for stairs if you end up in a room on the 4th. floor as I did. Luckily I was able to move to the 1st. floor within a few days. Unfortunately they could not supply a hotplate in my room so I could make my own espressos. Watch out for mosquitoes! The free water was a nice addition. The best part is the Dom Pizzaria out the front, which also has a range of Western dishes & breakfasts.

Great if you like living in a sauna. Bathroom has no shower cubicle so becomes flooded after every shower.

Great hotel for spending NYE at Pattaya
We decided to do New Year's Eve at Pattaya City and chose Patamnak Beach Guesthouse . It's just the other side of the mountain from the pier and Walking Street and we found it convenient enough to walk . The street has plenty of conveniences , the beach is just at the end of the street but you are away from all the noise , traffic and pollution of Pattaya . We were very happy with our stay here . The owners are French and Thai and do very well with the restaurant and the hotel both .

Excellent stay.
Our stay was great, also having restaraunt below with excellent food at very reasonable prices was a plus. Friendly owners and staff. Highly recommend.

Wenn wir in Pattaya sind übernachten wir immer in der Pratamnak Soi 5. Unsere langjährige Unterkunft steht zum Verkauf, so das wir nun hier gebucht haben. Das Zimmer ist schon klein, im Bad kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Für uns war das kein Kingsize Bett. Lange Rede : für ein paar Tage ist es OK.

Bra guesthouse nær strand
Damen som driver stedet er fantastisk og det er meget bra mat på restauranten. Det ligger i passe gåavstand til stranden og heller ikke så langt til Bahtbussen til Pattaya. Dessverre trekker det ned med støyende barer som holder åpent til 01.30 samt at Wifi ikke fungerer særlig bra.

Au calme à proximité d'une très belle plage ombragée. Le propriétaire est français. Les chambres ont tout le confort nécessaire.

Nice but no beach hotel
The hotel was great. People was great, food was pretty good, facilities were jice and very quit location. But not a beach hotel. Should remove Beach from hotel. Veru confusing when I booked. Hotel is on the street 10 walk from the beach. The view is of the street. Excellent hotel, but not a beach hotel

Supert hotell.
Veldig bra hotell til en gunstig pris. Servicen var utmerket. Restauranten har ett godt utvalg av thai og vestlige retter. Pizzaen må være byens beste. Kun 5 min gange til en fin strand. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales.

Gutes preiswertes Gästehaus
Das Pratamnak Beach Guesthouse weist ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhälnis auf, das angeschlossene Restaurant bewerte ich mit sehr gut. Die Zimmer in dem im Dezember 2015 eröffneten Gästehaus sind sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Etwas lauter wird es nur bei den Zimmern zur Straßenseite im 1. und 2. Stock während des Restaurantbetriebes. Zu erwähnen ist allerdings auch, das direkt neben dm Gästehaus zur Zeit Umbauarbeiten stattfinden. Bisher war der Lärm aber zu ertragen. Insbesondere das 2-Schlafzimmer-Apartment im obersten (5.) Stock ist sehr zu empfehlen, da es sehr geräumig ist und eine große Terrasse aufweist. Der freundliche Service im Restaurant und an der Rezeption sind erwähnenswert. Gut wäre es allerdings, wenn es im Bad mehr als nur 2 große Badehandtücher geben würde. Der Fahrstuhl war während meines Aufenthaltes leider defekt, die Reparatur wurde aber bereits in Angriff genommen.

ホテルはゲストハウスとなっていますが、低料金にしてはとても清潔、エアコン、ポット、衛星テレビ、WIfiすべて備わっていて十分でした。

Hyggelig hotell opphold i Pattaya
Vi ankom hotellet tidlig om morgenen og ba om å få sjekke inn tidlig. Den hyggelige damen i resepsjonen lot oss gjøre det. Vi ble ført til rommet i andre etasje med garden view. Utsikten var ikke noe å skryte av men det var balkong med stol og bord og anledning til å røyke ute om man ønsket dette. Air condition unit'en var en smule malplassert sånn at man måtte kjøre ekstra vifte som var montert ved senga. Nå skal det sies at det var veldig varmt ute når vi var der. Forøvrig så fremstår hotellet som ganske nytt og rent og pent. Restauranten nede har en rikholdig meny samt pizzaovn.

New Guesthouse..Nice room..Excellent Value...
This hotel guesthouse opened just 3 months ago, so everything is new, well equipped, in good operating order. The owner is French, his wife Thai who speaks excellent English, so communications is good..and the owners are alway on site and available. The price and location are excellent, so the value is exceptional. The smaller beach at the end of Soi 4 is much nicer than the nearest beach, more atmospheric, better atmosphere. Overall even though described as a "guesthouse" the rooms are as good as most 3 1/2 establishments. The owner even helped me to move with my luggage to my next hotel which was only about 600 meters away by using their private car to transport my luggage. This place is a true bargain...

Nice hotel, close to the beach, quiet, calm area
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and well furnished. The quality/price rate is exceptionally convenient. Hotel people are unusually friendly, whatever is not perfect you just need to ask and in a minute they take care of, and then they ask you if you are satisfied about. The hotel it also is a good restaurant (home made pizza also), full of people every evening. From the hotel you can reach the beach in 2 minutes walk, and walking a few minutes in other direction you can reach a pleasant open air market and food area. If you need to go further you need a transport, like TukTuk, but better you rent a motorbike (the hotel can provide it), because unfortunately also TukTuk guys know your movement problem and they ask higher prices than normal in order to shift you in Walking Street or any other place.
