The hotel itself is clean, probably not the most modern one, but, micheal, his wife and all staff are the most friendliest and helpful people i ever meet.

Good service and location
We had a nice stay here and were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. The hotel is 20-30 mins walk from nearest beaches and there are some good restaurants around. The room was comfortable but very noisy as there were some kind of generators outside that made it difficult to sleep. On our last night a cockroach made its way into the bathroom due to humidity but it may be a good idea to put better protection over the windows as the current mosquito nets have big enough holes for nasty insects to get in.

From the moment of my arrival I was greeted with the utmost of kindness. They welcomed me by name, got me checked in within a flash and showed me to my room. What I liked best about the room I stayed in was a counter for me to use as a workstation for my laptop and microphone. It was a much better layout for my work than a traditional desk. Mike, Ning and Jo all befriended me, giving me great suggestions for restaurants, activities and the best beach to go to. My first stay was only a few days but I liked it so much I booked again for another month. The location is central to everywhere I want to be and there is not a lot of noise on this street which allowed me to sleep very well. Speaking of a restful sleep I was quite impressed with the quality of mattresses they have. I am sure these were imported as the quality was best in the world. Pattaya Garden Apartments will be my go to place of serenity whenever I revisit Pattaya. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay superbly pleasant. My highest recommendation of 10 Stars Plus Plus!

スタッフは英語を話す人とタイ語のみの人がいます。 あと、ガーデンホテルという大きなホテルがパタヤビーチの方にあるので間違い注意です。 アーリーチェックインもしてくれて、お水も毎日二本つきます。 周りはレストランやマッサージが数件ですが、ソンテウでジョムティエン ビーチの方に行けば全く問題ないです。

Nice place, large room,lots of natural light, pool located next to reception at the front of hotel near the road doesn't make for a good place to take a dip. Never used it. Four story building and no elevator. No view

A comfy spot! We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Staff is nice and speaks English. They were accommodating. Had no problems at all. And they have a pool. Great price, great staff.

Die gastgeber waren ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Es ist ein schönes kleines hotel wenn man nicht unbedingt Strandnähe benötigt. Gut gelegen in richtung jomtien und pattaya. Vielleicht mehr mückengitter wären gut um besser geschützt zu sein. Preisleistung stimmt.

Great stay!
Very clean room and super comfortable bed! The owner was always available and when we need help with our room, because the strainer in the shower fell off, she helped us right away. There was a pool, but we didn’t use it, but it looked quite small. The only bad thing, there were no shower curtain so it was wet everywhere when the shower had been used.

Schoenes Zimmer. Umgebung laut, an Strasse gelegen mit lautem Verkehr. Klimaanlage laut und nur bedingt regelbar. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

The room is ok, clean with all appliance. But there's no good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The swimming pool is quite small and not clean enough. There's no parking lot just 2-3cars can be parked in front of the hotel.

Dear Anonymous On your next stay here we recommend you try our cafe for B/F etc. For dinner you must try our restaurant which is rated in the top 2 in Pattaya. We do not have a swimming pool we have a saltwater plunge pool. parking is no issue with dozens of cars parking in the quiet street.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely and I loved the fact that the fridge stayed on without needing the key thing to be in the slot - such a simple thing, but gosh it makes a difference!

Отель в целом хороший. Соответствует цена-качество. Уборка каждый день. Также ежедневно давали бесплатную воду. Интернет - качество не плохое. Был некий дескомфорт из-за отсутсвия ванны и душевой кабины. Бассейн есть, но очень маленький. Им никто не пользуется. Отношение персонала отличное. Решали быстро любую просьбу.

Most comfortable beds in Asia.
Every time I have stayed here its been great. I highly recommend this hotel as they have the most comfortable beds I have slept on in Asia. The location for me is great as mid point from walking street and Jomtien beach. The 10 baht bus is located just outside making it easy to get around. Thanks to the staff of Pattaya Garden for an enjoyable stay.

Quiet hotel
Small hotel, in a quiet area. Big bathroom, comfortable bed and the staff friendly. I checked in late and there was no problem. Would stay here again.

Basic hotel in a quiet area
The hotel is situated in a quiet area away from the bars and clubs, but still close enough to be within a 25min stroll to walking street and the beaches. The staff at the 24hr service desk were very kind and helpful. They advertised a sports bar which was non existent and i wasn't able to purchase any drinks. The pool filter did not work and was consistently covered in a thick layer of mosquitos. We had no power for a day in our rooms, which meant no fridge, no aircon and no running water, which wasn't fun when I just wanted to relax. I was disappointed we were not compensated for this in anyway, considering the rooms were already over priced. All in all if you just want a basic place to sleep and a friendly smile at the service desk, than it's not too bad.

We are sorry to hear our hotel was not up to the Sheraton hotel standard you expect for 600 baht which you think is expensive too. The sports bar does exist and is actually quite busy now, and not one patron has complained yet there are no free drinks. For your information swimming pools never run their filters 24 hours a day. We set a timer to run 4 hours throughout the night, so It's hardly surprising you did not see it running while you were sleeping. A thick layer of Mosquito's??? well that's a first, and we thought only thick layers of mosquito's lived in jungles. The day of the power cut affected the whole area, this is a common thing in Thailand but if you believe you deserve some type of compensation for your inconvenience you can always contact the power company who control the power outage. Good luck with that. Congratulations too you made it to our third negative review in 15 years.

Simply the Best!
Mike and Ning who own the place take obvious pride in not only the quality of your rest but also the non intrusive but highly welcome aura that greets you from the moment you arrive and remains well after you have left. Everyone is a friend even the Night Manager/Security Guard whose contagious smile you cannot but help but adopt. No guest is forgotten as we found when returning there after almost a year away only to be greeted by a huge smile and genuine welcome from both. Great in that there are no coach loads of tourists swarming over the place but if ever you wonder what it is like at the UN, you need look no further. All are welcome, all are friendly. Whilst food is not provided by Mike and Ning, you will be delighted with the arrangements in place to eat ranging from a full and excellent breakfast to very high dining at an almost unbelievably low cost. My wife and I have travelled extensively through our lives but struggle to find anywhere that can compare as favourably as this. Well done guys, see you next week!
