This is the most horrible experience!! I booked this hotel online and my booking was accepted. The hotel withdrew the money almost immediately after my booking. A couple of days prior to my arrival date, I sent several emails to hotel management asking the hours to use the pool but I never received any responses. On the day that I was supposed to check in, I rented a grab taxi to take me to the property and to my horror the sign said it's closed. WTH, are you kidding me??? Here I was standing there all alone (the taxi had left), it's raining hard and no room !!! I did not know what to do because I couldn't speak Thai. I called many hotels around the area but most of them either do no answer the phone or do not speak English and they don't understand what I was talking about. Here I am the minutes on my phone are running out because the plan that I signed up with AIS (Thai mobile carrier) did not provide free calls and texting only Internet. I must have called tons of hotels in the Pattaya area but couldn't find a room. Why did this hotel accept my booking, withdrew my money immediately and did not tell me that I did not have a room??? This is just insane and totally unacceptable. What this hotel did to me was horrible beyong words because standing alone in the rain, on the street with all my luggages, I could have been robbed or worse !!! Never in a million year would I deal with them again.
