My 2nd this year. Quite area with a family friendly Night market nearby. Clean and good value for money. Enjoy top floor room with sea view, nice balcony and clean rooms. Very service minded staff. 10 bath bus 20-25 minutes to Central Pattaya.

ห้องพักกว้างดีอยู่ได้ปกติ มีเตาไมโครเวฟ+อ้างล้างเล็กๆ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายแต่คุณภาพธรรมดา รสชาดพอใช้ ทำเลติดหาดสาธารณะด้านหน้าจอดเรือประมงเล็กหลายลำ เข้ามีสัตว์ทะเลสดๆ จากเรือและมีร้านรับปรุงเสร็จสรรพ ได้บรรยากาศไปอีกแบบ เวลาเช็คเอาท์ตรวจเช็คละเอียดมากคงเพราะปกติรับทัวร์ต่างชาติด้วยแยกพักอีกตึกนึง ก็ไม่ได้รบกวนอะไร

Godt hotel tæt på stranden, dejlige værelser.
ligger lidt langt ude i Jomtien, manglende madrasser på liggestole, derfor ikke egnet for slanke mennesker. Stor morgenflaskerne buffet, men primært for asiatiske gæster. Vandflaskerne stuepigerne lægger på køl, er til betaling, hvilket du først gøres opmærksom på ved udcheck, derfor i princippet ikke gratis vand på dette hotel, bondefangeri. Tlf. morgenvækning fungerer ikke, stol kun på dig selv.

Clean and tidy bud beds extremely uncomfortable
the staff recommended i did not have breakfast at the hotel so i can't comment about it...it's really just a place to sleep that is on the beach and has all the public transport available...but the staff were great..just so uncomfortable and the shower constantly wet the bathroom floor

I am not impressed!
Room was clean and reception friendly, BUT: Breakfast was not impressive (bread and cookies were vast but not fresh, marmelade was pure "chemistry"). Fittness was terible, 5 out of 5 devises vere broken/malfunctioning, and nobody was able to repair them. No chair in the room, despite a chair being shown on the picture at the reservation.

Paid over $330 a night for 5 nights, $1700+. Wotif web site stated breakfast included, checking in I was told no breakfast. Strike 1. Hotel would not supply more than 1 key card per room, even though multiple people staying in the room. Strike 2. On the last day returned to the hotel around 4.30pm , only to be told we had to change rooms because maintenance men had been in the apartment ripping up floor tiles in the middle of the kitchen . When we left the apartmen that mornig there was no stand out problem with the floorig. On the last night of our holiday the last thing we wanted to do was pack up & move 2 adults ,2 teenage daughters & 1 2 year old grandson. Big strike 3. NEVER AGAIN

Upcoming great boutique hotel in Jomtien Beach
This facility has all the essential facilities to become a fantastic boutique hotel in Jomtien Beach. It has 2 outdoor pools and the guest rooms on the Ground Floor have balconies which are connected to the pools, i.e. you can be in the water in 0-2 seconds. The rooms are spacious, I had a car rental and the hotel has a very big well lit underground car park and the restaurant in the hotel lobby serves tasty local and western dishes at a very reasonable price. However, the "soft" side from Front Desk staff, to Housekeeping to the Waiter and Waitress at the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired but with the right training and development I have no doubt this hotel will become one of the better, if not the best, boutique hotel in Jomtiem Beach in no time. As it now stands, the hotel is a great value for money but if you want to be totally pampered, I'm afraid its not quite there yet.

Mina två nätter i sviten var fantastiska. Mycket stort och lyxigt. Dusch med balkong t.ex. :D Stor Jacuzzi för två. Välförsedd minibar. Enda nackdelen är att det är lite glest mellan bussarna där men det brukar ordna sig.

Hard beds!
Hard beds but otherwise nice hotel. Breakfast could be made better suited for Western tourists rather than geared towards Chinese guests.

ห้องน้ำไม่ดีเลย เป็นอ่างอาบน้ำและฝักบัวติดผนังยื่นมาแค่ไม่ถึงครึ่งฟุต ทำให้สายน้ำกระจายบานออกไปทุกทิศทางออกนอกอ่างอาบน้ำด้วย จนห้องน้ำแฉะไปหมดทั้งห้องรวมไปถึงส่วนแห้งด้วย จะอาบน้ำให้เด็กก็ไม่ได้ เพราะทุ้งสูงไป และน้ำแรงเป็นเส้นกระจายวงกว้าง พนง ที่ฟร้อนบางคนหน้าตาไม่รับแขกเลย ถามอะไรก็มองหน้านิ่งๆแล้วยืนคุยโทรศัพท์ไปด้วย สรุปคือฟังเราอยู่ หรือจะคุยโทรศัพท์

首先是床太硬，沖涼的緊差完全唔知點樣沖涼，不知道為什麼每次出外回來成地都是水！我不會再入住呢間酒店！大堂都可以無冷氣！

Pricey for the experience
Disappointing. The bed clothes are man made fibre and do not allow for sweating. Horrible. Noisy telephone on corridor for maids rang regularly from 8 to 5. So destroyed all chance of rest. Have they not heard of pagers or radios ? Breakfast poor for westerners. Good for far eastern people. I did feel that the staff did not know how to run a hotel. Most sitting around chatting sound their hair.

Olimme 9 yötä hotellissa. Hotelli vastasi aika hyvin Hotels.com:n sivuston kuvauksia. Aamiainen ja henkilökunnan palveluhalukkuus olivat hyvät. Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja ranta vieressä, helposti pääsi lavatakseilla lähemmäs menomestoja. Läheltä löytyi silti joitain ravintoloja ja ruokakauppoja. Ainoat selkeät heikkoudet olivat hotellin huono wifi ja henkilökunnan englanti. Puhuttiin kyllä, mutta sen ymmärtäminen oli vaikeaa. Tämäkin tosin on maan keskitasoa paremmin.

Maybe opened too early?
The room size and outfit of the rooms are 3+ star quality. And they have nice pools. On that basis, 3-4 stars would be warranted. But there are many issues you would not usually see in a quality 3 star hotel. Food is what you would expect for Chinese discount tour groups (and that seems to be their target market). No room service to speak of. Bath tub shower curtains were too short, and water always leaked into the room. Internet was chaotic, at best, and somedays i went through several id pass codes. The pool had nice recliners, that one Thai guest noted were only for people with "iron bottoms". They were designed for cushions, but none were available. I could go on and on, but lots of little things that you'd expect in a 2-3 star hotel were present. If they clean those up, it will be a good 3-4 star location.

villas are not worth it
booked a villa and paid much more than a deluxe room, but it was smaller and not as nice. too many windows which is nice during the day, but in the morning it does not have blackout shades so couldnt sleep in. the buffet breakfast was terrible. old and cold, even their soup.

nice resort but terrible breakfast
beautiful resort. right across the street from beach. first floor rooms (101 to 105) has direct pool access. do not get villas. i paid extra but got smaller rooms and less amenities so we changed after 1 night. the breakfast was terrible. everything was cold even the coffee or day old items like all there baked goods. front staff was very kind and helpful. only 200bht to Pattaya

Trevligt hotell nära stranden
Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell. God standard och rikligt frukost men kanske inte helt anpassad enligt svensk eller europeisk standard. Ligger nära stranden i Jomtien men inte i den mest livliga delen vilket kan vara skönt. Bussarna passerar hela tiden och är billiga.

А в отеле все спокойненько
Хорошие завтраки , особенно для тех , кто любит тайские супчики , как минимум 4 вида . Выбирайте с видом на море , иначе вид с двух сторон на пустыри . Хоть и нет своей территории, но просыпаться под петушиный крик , видеть , как с уловом возвращаются рыбаки - здорово

Die Zimmer, wir hatten zwei waren sauber. Das Personal freundlich, Frühstück war o.k.,aber nichts besonderes. An den Pools sind wennig Liegen, und gar keine Sonnenschirme schade. Wifi war vorhanden, man musste sich aber nach jedem verlassen des Hotels eine neue Anmeldung an der Reception holen. Handtücher fürs Baden waren sehr alt und teilweise eingerissen. 2 Wasserflaschen gibt es am Tag pro Zimmer kostenlos aber welche ? Wir haben die falschen genommen und mussten nachzahlen.

Dåligt hotell med dålig service ,frukost,område ..
Dålig service med usel städning och fick påminna om att toalettpapper saknas mm. Frukosten urdålig med enbart Thaimat och rostat bröd utan pålägg. WIFI saknades mest hela tiden och när man fick Password så "åkte man ur" direkt. Tråkig strand och omgivning. Jag avbröt min vistelse och bokade nytt hotell i annat område. Rummet var absolut inte prisvärt.
