파타야 해변에 바로 위치해있어서 위치는 정말 좋았구요. 아침에 씻어야되는데 물이 안나오고...방은 지저분하고...주변은 시끄럽고..

전반적으로 가성비 대비 좋음
처음 배정받은 방은 레스토랑의 음식냄새와 연기로 가득차서 방을 바꿔 달라고 요구함. 방이 상위급으로 바꿔주는것이 아니라 아래급을 배정하기로 하고 추가 베드 요청했는데 엑스트라 배드가 너무 더러워서 더블 침대에서 3명이 취침. 다음날 예약한거 보다 더 좋은 방으로 배정 받기는 했으나 전반적으로 청결하지 못함. 냉장고는 청소를 안하는건지 더러움. 에어컨은 필터를 언제 갈았는지.. 조식은 그닥 먹을게 없음 주변 환경은 좋음. 바닷가 바로 앞이라 뷰가 괜찮고 주변에 번화가이며 해양 스포츠집결지인듯. 워킹 스트리트도 5분 거리 다음에 이용 하더라도 조식은 안할거임

큰 기대 없이는 가격 괜찮고 머무르기 좋은 호텔
처음 갔을 때 밤 늦게 도착했는데도 불구하고 이미 예약을 했는데 방 한개가 청소가 안되있다고 기다리라고 하더라고요. 그리고 방은 뷰의 차이가 많습니다.. 다만 방의 차이는 뷰의 차이만 있는 것 같습니다. 숙소에서 냄새도 안나고 대체적으로 깔끔해요. 조식은 뷔페가 아니고 인당 한 메뉴를 선택하는 것 입니다. 크게 기대는 안하고 가는게 좋아요. 숙소 앞에 편의점이 있어서 편리하고 길가에 있어서 툭툭이 타고 왔다갔다 하기엔 편해요. 주변에 한식당도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어서 좋아요. 다만 수영장이 있다고 들은 것 같은데 수영장은 없습니다.

This property is a bit too dirty and dingy for my liking. I have a one year old and I would not feel comfy with her playing or rolling around the room or floors. I didn’t feel like I could sleep or bath here. I checked in, went to the room, found a new hotel and immediately checked out in less than an hour. Maybe singles or couples could do it. But I had kids with me and I couldn’t. Honestly I couldn’t even if my kids weren’t with me.

Small rooms, i recommend you to take a balcony!
We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights, kinda small room with no balcony or windows. For the price i will say it worth if you only gonna sleep there and nothing else. We couldn’t lock the door at our arrival and the same problem was for the hole week, they insisted to fix it but the didn’t.

Very helpful staff. Sea view rooms are good. It takes a while to get the room cooled as the AC is only turned on when you check in. Restaurant at the property quite good. Central location with beach access I enjoyed my stay

A Fair Review
Hotel didn't fulfill the room type(2BR) I booked and downgraded to a family room untill I figured out. I've given the hotel and staff options of solution and took a on-site dining credit as a gesture of compensating the amount difference of the rooms. Staff are overall friendly and understand my request. The given room (Family Room, 1 Large Bed, 2 twins Bed) got a front view of the beach but the position of the Air Con is not installed correctly that took a long time of cooling down the room temperature. Bathroom is the most disappointing point as drainage is stucked and water would flood up the whole bathroom when you shower. Toilet bowl also has minor leakage which is kind of disturbing. Food/Restaurant on site offers multiple kinds of culinary (Thai, Western, Chinese, Korean) and taste is above standard. However there a big issue on their load capacity as they would be out of hands when the restaurant is about 70% seated ad the kitchen is unable to handle accumulated orders simultaneously, which could take your order up to 1+ hour to be fulfilled (happening on both Dinner and Breakfast) To conclude, if you have a tight budget but want a beach front hotel with nice food in pattaya, this is your go-to choice, just make sure you be caution on the above points being mentioned and you should enjoy your stay.

Kein Fenster aber sauber und Frühstück erträglich. Beim einchecken war die Luft sehr von Reinigungsmitteln durchsetzt, beim abendlichen Zurückkommen dann durch etwas wesentliches unangenehmeres. Ging dann nach 10 Minuten Klimaanlage langsam weg. Leider sehr lauf. Und habe selten so oft in einer Nacht dem Beischlaf der Nachbarn gelauscht (nein auch nicht in Pattaya). Nunja ... SOI 6 ist nicht weit. Und es war billig.

avoid second floor rooms. Noisy but good location.
I got a very bad room on the second floor. Very small and noisy. The first staff was rude but the next person was nice. Location is good but I don't recommend the place. You can find better places in the ally close by.

overall a good location, very friendly staff and the room was as shown on the booking site I used. restaurant serves very good Thai food and its right on the beach so getting around is easy. Bathroom isn't great and could do with decorating and a lack of plug socket next to the bed to charge my phone but overall a good stay.

Regret checking in only stayed for two days out of 4 days, they wouldn't give me a upgrade from a no window standard room and they were upset that i used the Expedia online instead of coming in to book it! Never again, found a better place just down the road and it has a pool and better breakfast
