좀티엔 트웰브~
편안하고 즐거운 시간들이었습니다. 해변의 산책로 공사때문에 약간의 소음이 있긴 했지만 지내는데 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 작은도로하나만 건너면 해변이라 휴식에는 최상의 장소이나 나이트마켓등과는 거리가 좀 있습니다.

We hadden de eerste week een kamer zonder balkon, bed was echt te zacht. Tweede week een kamer mer balkon, bed was veel breder en had de juiste hardheid. Vreemd dat in beide kamers geen stoel staat, je moet altijd op de rand van het bed zitten. Ontbijt is niet incl maar voor 150 baht kan he redelijk ontbijten, echter op loopafstand kan je veel beter krijgen voor minder

Orribile soggiorno, personale scortese!
Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel dall'Italia prepagando l'intero soggiorno in largo anticipo. Al check-in la persona che ci ha accolto ci ha assegnato la camera ma una volta entrati sentiamo una forte puzza , insopportabile considerata la durata del nostro soggiorno(7 notti).Tornati alla reception chiediamo il cambio della camera ma la seconda camera assegnata presentava lo stesso problema.Chiediamo pertanto di poter cambiare tipologia di camera pagando l'eventuale differenza tariffaria.Ci viene riferito il supplemento da pagare e ci rendiamo conto essere di gran lunga maggiore rispetto ai siti di prenotazione on-line.La receptionist infastidita riferisce di non poter fare nient'altro per accogliere la nostra richiesta. Chiediamo pertanto di parlare con il manager che però non era presente in struttura.Per 3 giorni nessuna traccia del manager ma finalmente una mattina riusciamo ad incontrarlo e chiediamo delucidazioni sulla tariffa a noi applicata; inizia a parlare senza però realmente spiegare il reale motivo per cui il supplemento tariffario da loro applicato era più del doppio rispetto a quello presente on-line.Tra l'altro ci invita a fare la prenotazione on-line ma come illustrato avevamo già pagato l'intero soggiorno ed on line non potevamo effettuare la modifica di upgrade. Ci congediamo dal manager e dalle sue ingannevoli strategie e procediamo al pagamento del supplemento ingiustamente applicato. La colazione di scarsa qualità e scelta.

For the room rate issue, we informed you for the price of room upgrading and you had agreed with that. Later on you asked for the discount but we can't do that. I explained to you that the promotion was limited to pay online for the last minute booking. Hopefully, you are understand and we look forward to being of service to you again on your next visit.

Every day woken up to a hammer or drill in my wall while the rebuild the rooms next to mine.

Good but theres better
Nice place to stay, right on the beach. Free breakfast was good. However the pictures are a bit dated and at the time theres nicer places to stay for cheaper.

Rædselfuldt gammelt og stinkende nedslidt bygning,
Frygteligt illedelugtende værelse, med utallige myg hele natten, uden udluftningsmulighed, da vær. havde vindue til anden bygning. ventilatoren var ligeså meget stinkende under brug, afløbet i brusekabinen stoppet og rådentlugtende. Personalet ualmindelig gæstfrit og søde.

breakfast be sample but good staff is very friendly reservation she name Kanjana and Sirinda is very friendly but Kanjana is happy all time hotel have to make road for entrance for baby stroller or any disable people but dont have i change 2 room because water hitter was problem but staff try to find 1 room with hot water if you want to find people this hotel can speak English dont try to find in Thailand buy as well all is good with this price INTERNET IS SO BAD

酒店連牙刷牙膏拖鞋都沒有,近海灘,也很方便。距離芭堤雅海灘或步行街都遠,需要搭車前往。半夜重曼谷過來覺得路途很遙遠。

OK hotel. Take only the sea facing room.
The non sea facing rooms are quite bad. The sea facing rooms are OK. I paid extra to upgrade to a sea facing room because the initial normal room I booked was bad. So I would only recommend the sea facing rooms.

Fint til prisen, men måtte slukke aircon om natten
Vi havde en dejlig ferie på dette lille men dog fine hotel. Havde værelse med udsigt til vandet, hvilket vi bestemt ikke fortrød. Værelset var rent og i OK stand. Der var dog lige det at Aircondition larmede så meget så selv med ørepropper kunne man ikke sove. Derudover blæste den helt vildt kraftigt, så vi prøvede at flytte senge, men måtte ende med at slukke for den om natten, hvilket sjovt nok var voldsomt varmt. Morgenmaden som var med i prisen på trods af den meget lave værelsespris, var ikke så spændende, men hvad kan man forvente. Er dog glad for at jeg ikke skulle være her længere end 3 dag. Alt i alt fint ophold - kun med aircon som eneste minus.

Good stay
The wifi is super weak, cannot link to fb. If you want to have a clear sight of the sea, stay on 4th floor. I stay on 3rd floor with sea view room, yet the trees in the front blocked 1/2 part of sea. The beach is very close, just across the road. The beach is long, but super thin, just 3meter to the sea and water is not clear. However, if you choose to stay in pattaya, this hotel is your good choice coz there is not most choice.

Hyggeligt hotel tæt ved stranden.
Vi betalte ekstra og fik et dejligt værelse med havudsigt. Standardværelset, som vi skulle have haft, havde udsigt ud til en mur. Hotelpersonalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Lidt engelsk kunne de også.

Although a cheap hotel, it was not up to standard. Dark room and furniture, and a very bad smell in the room.

Everything was great except......
The free wifi was only free for two hours a day, after that you pay. Turned out to be a moot point as the internet went out on our second day due to a "broken cable" and came back on three days later. Great staff, clean room, good breakfast. We upgraded to a sea view room because......heck, why not. I would recommend it to anyone that doesn't mind paying for wifi. There's a very nice night market on beach road towards Pattaya, inexpensive food, music and a dance floor that the kids love, and the usual night market merchandise.

The location is far from the Jomtien Rainbow gay beach . The hotel name is not clear at all. Taxi driver cannot find it easy too . Breakfast is average
