No Garden View...
Overall, everything was as expected. prompt service, clean rooms, nice resort. Only 2 issues: the "Garden View" is to an empty patch of dirt between the wall. The mattresses were very hard, so my partner didn't sleep well on it

A good stay. Will return again.
A resort style accommodation with nice pool and shady trees. The service was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. I reserved the hotel 1 night prior to my arrival but when I went to check in the staff did not seem to find my reservation at first. It was not too long til they found me a room. Location of the resort is good and plenty of parking space. The entrance is a bit awkward and made me feel like entering from the backstage. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was awesome.

A room, not a villa!
To call this place Premium Villas is very misleading. It was a room on the ground floor, no view at the front and from the back you were looking into a dump. The pool area were nice but missing the ambience. Will definitely not go back to this place.

worst staff. not recommend.
Terrible staff at the reception! They never smile, only took our money as deposit, and explain where our room was. When checking out, they didn’t gave me back the 2,000B deposit and told us “ sit down and wait a minute” then they did NOTHING for over 10 mins. I asked her what’s going on and if we have any problems, then she took a receipt for the first time saying “sign here.” What? What if I didn’t make any actions? Just keeping us waiting on the sofa? She didn’t return our money even they do not accept any guests without the deposit? 3 women at the evening and 5 women in the morning, but nobody helped us and nobody worked well. Only doing her makeup or drinking water or playing mobile games. The worst hotel I ever stayed throughout Thailand. For your information, the room was clean and tidy. There weren’t lots of restaurants so you would have few choices for dinner. I really hope this would help the guests-in-future.

Terrible esperience and useless staffs.
Hotel staffs did not know where the parking was. We asked for parking direction from 3 security staffs and they told us different location! Front desk has upgrade room to pool-view type. The front view we have got was a restroom between our room and the pool. Lot of mosquitos in the room. We have got a terrible experience with a very expensive room ($100++).

最高の設備と雰囲気の良いヴィラ。快適に過ごせた。朝食もおいしく 問題なし。唯一の難点は部屋に蚊がいて夜中、蚊に刺されるし耳元に 蚊が飛んでいる状況に熟睡できなかったこと。ヴイラタイプの為、 外は草木が生い茂っている為、蚊除けの準備は必要かもしれない。 日本で刺されるのは違った感じに腫れてしまった。

Goodbye to Zign
Value for money but is getting old need renovation, I stay for 3 nights with 3 rooms with friends but house keeping didn't refill box tissue. My friend has broken a glass accidentally & his finger was being hurted, during check out a penalty of 100 baht was asking but I refuse to pay cos I was anger they didn't mean to understand what had happened & instead to charge for the broken glass & no concern at all. I felt sorry & disappointted as I was a regular customer.

我住泰国酒店甘多次，這酒店三星級都不如。
房間wifi壞，下午4時都還沒有人打掃房間，三星酒店都不如。如果說是一間五星酒店，早餐安排可說是完全沒有服務的，桌上只有叉及匙，其他什麼都沒有，點了一杯咖啡，就沒有奶，沒有糖，這些只是一般基本服務都沒有

Nice villa close to beach
I suggest people looking for relax in property with family or kids and honeymoon couples best place to stay .. Quite and away from pattaya noisy streets ..we can access the facilities of hotel opposite two huge pools fitness and spa..and one pool inside villa..i was having my own car.. so not hve problem to roam around .. Perfect place to stay for those looking peace and quietness in pattaya ..

Hotel hard wear issue
I stayed in this hotel since 2007, at least 1-2 times in a year. However, this is the worst stay for my life. I booked 2 rooms & stayed with my family. 1.廁所板完全散開 2.Hair dryer out of order 3.Key card doesn't work when we back late mid-night 4.Key card doesn't work again after swam & lock without battery Whole case spent over 30-45mins to solve. This is really not acceptable. Hotel hard wear were too old.I just complaint of the hotel facilities instead of the staffs as I appreciated what they did for me. Finally, they got room move for us immediately. But, it's really trouble for us as we traveling with 3 childs with a lot of stuff. And this incident affected our journey of that day (our relatives from Thailand were waiting for a long time as we arranged the home visit far away from our hotel (drive 1 hour). I need to thanks for Mr Jiraphan (in-charge of reception) arrange 1 day free breakfast for my 2 child. Thanks again.

Beautiful villa
I stayed there 2 nights alone. The atmosphere and all staffs were nice. I liked the fresh omlet I ate as a breakfast. One thing I didn't like was the light switch in the bathroom was dirty.

Nice hotel but ..
We stayed at tower side before and it's very nice. This time we stayed at terra villa (23-24 Oct 2015). It's also nice but I think the swimming pool was a bit dirty as we found the dead fly, my wife saw the drink and dessert promotion of the month show at the front which was not updated and she didn't notice then we tried to order it by went to all their restaurant made us wasted a time and finally the breakfast buffet was not vary and quality not good as same as the tower. Lucky that the room was included the breakfast otherwise I think it's not worth to paid for. I would recommand the Kupcakz @ Z Through By The Zign, the food and dessert are very good taste and it's worth to paid for.

Nice hotel, clean & comfort
The room is quite big and clean. One double-bed and one single bed are very comfortable as 3 persons can stay together, though there are only 2 breakfast coupons :-) One thing to comment was when I arrived at the parking, I don't know the way to go to the lobby to check-in and there was no staff at the parking.
