가족 단위로 이용하기에 좋은것 같습니다. 풀장도 괜찮고 좀티엔 비치는 파타야 메인스트리트보다 조용하네요.

세달만에 세번을 이용하였는데 동양인에게는 불 친절하게 대하는 느낌을 많이 받았음(특히 식당에서)

Only thing decent was the pool. Staff was rude and unorganized and discriminatory, me and my partner was ordering food and before we even finished orde ring food they already handed me the bill. Rooms were full of ants and very dirty. This place was not very welcoming and I would never recommend this place even to my enemies. If you want to NOT experience Thai hospitality, This is the best place to visit

Niemals ein 5 Sterne Hotel!! Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Dusche völlig verkalkt und verschimmelt. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption, passierte nichts. Habe dem Zimmermädchen dann gezeigt wie man den Dreck und Schimmel in den Fugen wegbekommt. Zumindest war das Bad dann etwas sauberer. Das ganze Hotel macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Personal völlig überfordert, spricht kaum Englisch und auch sonst kein Engagement. Warme Speisen beim Frühstück waren alle kalt. Außer Toastbrot keine Brotsorten. Kaffee ungenießbar.

Comfort on the beach
Nice open hotel in 2 wings with large pool in between. Room are pleasant and airy with balconies. Convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff could be more friendly not wait for a greeting from the guest. Attention to detail, room maintenance, gardens around the edges. Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Will stay again.

施設設備は４つ星レベル。サービスがゲストハウス並。スタッフの教育が不十分。スマホとおしゃべりに夢中でゲストのことなど考えていない。ゲストのことを見ていない。挨拶もない。愛想もない。ゲストの前でスマホいじって仕事しない。5泊の滞在中にサービスというものを受けたことがないとさえ言える。 デポジットに３千バーツ要求される。しかもカードは使えず。キャッシュオンリーと主張される。フロントも英語が話せるのは一人しかおらず、なかなか話が通じない。

Shame about the service.
Let’s start by saying that the whole of Jomtien is struggling for somewhere great to stay. The pros - Location is excellent 3 big pools Housekeeping The cons - Lack of customer service Non existent pool attendent Breakfast wasn’t great A/C not great Overall we stayed for the location and the 3 pools but there are so many ways in which this hotel could up their game.

totalt nedslidt og snavset i alle kroge .åircon på værelset larmede så men måtte slukke det om natten, aircon i restauranten virkede ikke så alle vinduer og døre stod pivåbne for at få en smule luft og en stor mængde fugle og fluer mm ind. restauranten var under al kritik hvad hygiejne angår, brugt bestil kunne forekomme, rengøring af og til foregik med en tør klud eller kost. jeg måtte bede rengøringsdamen om at fjerne skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. det var næsten umuligt at gøre opmærksom på disse kritiske forhold da personalet kun talte thai, ok der var et par stk der talte meget dårligt engelsk . dett hotel er under al kritik kan ikke anbefales

Hotellet var preget av dårlig renhold, generelt dårlig organisering og elendig service. Frokosten kunne vært vært bra om de ansatte hadde ryddet og vasket litt. Det var i utgangspunktet fine rom men dårlig renhold trekker ned. Utendørsområdet med fine basseng fungerte heller ikke særlig godt. Det fantes ikke parasoller f.eks og dermed var det umulig å oppholde seg der særlig lenge.

下午五時去check in也未執房,訂的是sea view 房,但比pool view房，叫我問返Expedia 點解賣sea view房，不負責任的態度，房有臭味，厠所漏水，早餐難食，每日要到receptions 去renew房卡，唔係入唔到房，不方便,完全是兩星酒店，我還訂了三晚，不值這個價錢，三晚也好難頂

チェックイン時にデポジットを3000バーツかUS100ドルで要求されます。クレジットカードは不可でした。持ち合わせていなかったので、1万円で交渉してみた所、1万円でもOKでした。エントランス受付女性の対応は顧客目線ではなくマニュアル通りの対応しかできない印象。部屋は清潔感があり満足ですが、部屋のカードキーの開け方が非常に難しく、10回に一回位しか開ける事が出来ませんでした。部屋に入るタイミングでボーイさんに必ずカードの差し込みの向きや開け方を一緒に確認した方が良いです。総括すると日本のホテルの様な顧客ファーストのサービスは受けられないホテルだと思います。近隣には飲食店もありのんびり過ごしたい方には良いホテルだと思います。帰りは朝8時頃バスターミナルまでタクシーを手配してもらいましたが、パタヤバスターミナルまで400バーツでした。ちなみに夜はGrabを使いホテルからパタヤの繁華街まで250バーツでした。

Hotel mit Licht und Schatten. Dies Swimmingpool Anlage (3 Swimmingpools) ist wirklich toll und zum Stand sind es nur ein paar Meter über eine kaum befahrene Straße. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Bett ist bequem. Abstriche gibt es aber für das Frühstück. Jeden Tag dasselbe und geschmacklich nichts besonderes und der Kaffee fast ungenießbar. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir das mehr erwartet.

Beach with a view
Great location right on the beach all rooms with balcony overlooking the massive pool. Rooms are well appointed clean but if not up in time can miss being refreshed. Gardens especially in the front and by the beach exit require a bit of attention. Restaurant on the ground floor,is ok, offers basic nothing exciting, great for the groups. Very convenient to local area for shops and trips into Pattaya. Would stay again.

我們當初訂的房間是海景房,到了飯店櫃台,竟然說當天海景房滿了,只能給泳池景房間。覺得非常誇張!打電話到hotel.com客訴,最終也無法換房,只能等隔天才能換給我們。隔天換的房間的確能看到海,但也不是全然的海景房。房間的視野右手邊可以看到海,僅此而已。訂房與實際得到的房間不同真的很令人生氣!此外飯店整體感覺略舊,毛巾浴巾也感覺使用已久,早餐非常普通,房間隔音也很差。除了泳池很好、離海邊很近(就在飯店後門出去,過馬路就到)這兩個優點外,其他部分不符合五星飯店規格。

Beau complexe hôtelier avec 3 belles piscines mais manque d’entretien général. Les piscines mériteraient un meilleur éclairage de nuit. Mobiliers extérieurs en mauvais état. Certaines parties communes méritent un rafraîchissement rapide. Chambre désuet qui mériterait un grand rafraîchissement y compris pour l’éclairage, le frigo sentait mauvais. La chambre n’a pas été faite alors que le voyant Make up room était allumé. Point positif de la chambre vue mer, on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. Personnel ne parlant pas anglais voir très peu anglais, et pas souriant. Petit déjeuner extrêmement basique, surtout adapter à la clientèle chinoise et la salle n’est pas climatisée. Cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles et en terme de rapport qualité/prix, c’est décevant. Un autre point positif, l’emplacement face à la mer.

Fint basseng, fine rom, flott utsikt og bra beliggenhet. Men ved utsjekk ble jeg forevist to regninger satt på ett av rommene våres, signert med mitt navn (men ikke min signatur). Regningene var på mat kjøpt på restaranten (thai mat) og på ett tidspunkt vi ikke var på hotellet. Ingen unskyldninger og helt fravær av å ta ansvar for dette. Trakk stort ned på totalopplevelsen

The roms were good, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area could have been nice. But he lack of sunbeds made the vacation here a disapointment. 36 sunchaires available for 228 rooms. The location is good, But improvments need to be done in both customercare and facility’s.
