Great place to stay in Winkler. Restaurant and lounge are both great. Fitness room need a serious upgrade, treadmill and cardio especially.

Overall a very pleasant place to stay. Having a restaurant right in the building is very nice. We really enjoy the pool area, and everything is nice and clean.

Steam room was not in service, staff was always hiding unless they needed to warn other guests about pool rules/ lights out, restaurant service and quality was awful. Room pillows were filthy and stained (the cases. was too afraid to look inside pillow case).

Staff were friendly. For the most part, it was clean except for hallways. Had a “tired” look, bed lumpy, walls thin. Given all of this, it was overpriced.

We love the pool area. It’s more of like an outdoor with picnic tables. It’s good with you have friends come to visit because then you can hang out by the pool area instead of in your room. It’s also good for multiple families that are staying at a different rooms.there is also smithy’s restaurant inside the hotel which is great.

The hotel staff was excellent, but my recent streak of bad luck with hotels continued. Our anticipation for the hot tub and sauna was dashed when we found a sign indicating the sauna was out of order. Although the hot tub initially worked, disappointment struck again the next morning when we discovered it was also broken.

Hotel was clean, check in was quick and staff was friendly. Hotel is right off of the main highway so easy to find. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. My room was clean and had lots of towels. The bathroom is larger than most with plenty of counter space. Even though it was right off of the highway, I couldn't hear any noise when inside. In fact, the hallways were quiet too. I don't think the hotel was overly busy. There is a Smitty's restaurant that had great breakfast and quick service. There was also a separate room for a Smitty's lounge with lots of seating and quick, friendly service. The only thing I would change is to put a fan in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the pool and ammenities were excellent. Prices were better than all other searched in the area as well. Highly recommend.

We had originally been put in a room that was not what we had asked for. Staff were quickly able to move us to a room that was closer to what we had asked for.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. The hotel is older but they keep it in good shape and it's quiet. The pool is nice for kids because it's shallow. Our TV only had basic channels and the streaming apps were not working on the TV.

An older property but well kept and clean. Storm stayed in winkler with hockey team. Was very expensive compared to what the other half of the team paid in comparable hotel across the street.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I had booked a poolside room which I did not receive and also was unaware when I booked that the pool was out of service as well as the sauna. That was disappointing
