Hello Wendy, Can you help us by telling us what it was that is unacceptable, Our beds are all King size, with the exception of the apartment suites that have living rooms dining rooms, modern bathrooms and kitchen.Please let me know so that we can understand better.

Thank you for your review, If we knoew you had so much knoledge in Historical Homes of 120 years plumbing, we would have consulted with you. Unfortunately we are forced to use window air unites because our walls are 16 inches thick and we can do duct work to install the air in the upper floors, and with respect to the clocks being glued, yes this year alone we lost 3 clocks. How much money one has has nothing to do with it. The only guest with the name Ruthanne that stayed in the Princess Grace suite was her in August of 2019.

I would like to respond, but it is difficult reponding to a 4 out of 10 not knowing why we received such a poor review. Iwould like to address your concerns, so if you can let us know , it would be much appreciated.
