For the money, it is perfect for a quick stay...not a place to lounge...but everything you need. Clean. Quiet. Room smelled like smoke, but we could air the place out.

The rooms were very clean and look like they have been recently renovated. The check-in was super easy and the gentleman at the desk was very nice. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Pembroke.

I loved how quiet and convenient evertything was so close to shopping and dining. Staff were very friendly and rooms where extremely ean. I i highly recommend staying here.

Convenient and easy check in. Nothing outstanding in terms of welcoming or friendliness, but it was nice and efficient. The room itself was good for the price as it was clean, seems to be recently updated and had amenities as described. Air conditioning is quite loud so could be a problem for light sleepers (we use earplugs so were ok). During our stay there was a small group a couple of rooms over who were sitting out with really loud conversation and music (looked like longer term guests, but we could be wrong). Other rooms were also enjoying outdoor areas but a more reasonable and respectful noise level. We would have thought management would have asked the loud guests to keep it down. In good news though, they took it inside early (9ish), so was fine for sleeping time. Overall it was good, especially for the price. Enjoyment just depends who you get for neighbours which is the same anywhere you choose.

Hello melamine,Sorry for inconvenience as we told our all customers any problems pl let office know so we can solve n about workers u mentioned everyone has right to sit on table outside of room yes n they left 9pm in room which we can't say to leave before 9pm if u tell us earlier we can request to lower volume of music...sorry once again for inconvenience...

Just needed a room for one night. This was ok for the price. But the bed frame was tin, so if you hit it with your foot , made a loud noice…. Small bathroom sink area with no counter top to place things on. Mattress was on the hard side. Not many plugs…Clean thou which was what I expect

There was mold on the sheets, you could smell the humidity in the room. Old carpet that needs to be cleaned. We will not be returning to this hotel.

I got upgraded to the apartment suite because there were no more rooms left. It had been newly renovated and was spotless. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The motel was quiet. I really have nothing bad to say.

We've stayed here several times because it's always been clean and quiet. The rooms have been renovated, the property is tidy and access in and out is easy.

un motel à petit prix avec service de base sans plus. Emplacement secteur industriel et commercial. Prochaine fois j'irai plus près du centre-ville. Lit ferme mais confortable. Tout était fonctionnel. Propreté satisfaisante.

Our room was changed due to a toilet being clogged, the bedsheets had stains so I asked for more and received two more that were also stained, there was dried pee found on the bathroom floor, a dirty/used towel was left in the bathroom, the shower did not function properly, the AC did not work efficiently, and the bathroom window did provide enough privacy (curtains or blinds are needed as frosted glass is not enough). The beds were also very uncomfortable and we woke up extremely stuffed up in the morning. I would not stay here again and would not recommend booking these accommodations.

Hello Don Thanks for staying with us we have new employees starting at our motel we understand u have bed sheet with stain n we gave new one everything came from laundry n u don't want us to change with new one any all other problem u mentioned u didn't inform us that we can fix for u n until we don't get inform we can't fix anything without knowing anything hope to see u in future
