room ok but bathroom not in good condition because its old.. service ok...near for breakfast at taman tun sa'adon not to miss old local traditional malay food 'serabai' ...yummy...yummy

It's an okay stay for an emergency book. Staff was ok. Room space are small actually.

There were a lot of ants in the room & leakage when heavy rain. It was so terrible & room was not as what was published in the ads.

Ok 4 star hotel

Ok hotel. Common areas are small, as the rooms are. A budget 4 star hotel. Ok service. Well located in the boulevards area, well connected to metro.

i book 2 rooms for family. 1 clean n another not n old furniture. Most malay ppl stay here cos hotel malay. overall good. price ok. i wiil come again.

Room is good for the price. ants, mosquitos n 2 cockroaches were included in the price. Should provide more parking space. Wifi should be accessible in the room. Only 3 towels provided for 6 beds not so ideal. Only 1 power point in the room (6 beds) is insane!

The room and the bathroom was clean however the room is too small. Not more then 2 ppl can stand inside the room. there is only 2 feet pathway next to the bed.

Customer service

The customer service is terrible especially at the counter where you check in. The staff is terrible in counting cash. He even gave less change and claimed he gave. Even the wifi have to pay. The facilities in the room are some damaged and dirty.

爛、爛、爛！Bad、Bad、Bad！

對遠方來的客人來說，服務人員一整個就是不理不睬，首先給我們一家四口一間208房，一進到房間，傻眼，房間沒整理，被單、枕頭、棉被亂成一團，到櫃台反應，卻一味的解釋，塘塞，最後是我要求服務人員挪動尊駕，和我一起到房間看看，他才恍然大悟，說了2句Sorry，幫我們換了207號房，可是小孩子一直吵著要換飯店，我才緊急又訂了另一間飯店，好不容易忍耐了一晚，而且還沒有熱水，連洗澡都沒洗，就趕緊逃離這裡，所以我是付了2個晚上的費用，只住一個晚上！Right afar guests, service personnel a whole is back from the dead, the first to give us a four a 208 room, one into the room, dumbfounded, not finishing room, blankets, pillows, quilts chaotic, to counter reaction, but blindly explanation Tangse, finally, I asked staff to move Zunjia, and I went to the room to see, he suddenly realized that the two Sorry, to help us for a number of 207 rooms, but small children have been clamoring want to change the hotel, I was an emergency and ordered another hotel, finally endure for a night, but also no hot water, did not even take a bath to wash, to quickly escape from here, so I was paid two night's stay only one night!

Vi lämnade trots att vi betalt

Vi kände oss otrygga i området. Rummet luktade rök trots att vi önskat rum för icke rökare. Fönstret i badrummet delades med grannrummet vilket ledde till att alla ljud från det rummet hördes in till oss. Rackliga lås. Endast två sängar trots att tre beställts.

Bad location not worth it for price

It says it's close to Georgetown, but it took us about an hour to get there on a motorbike because we kept getting lost on the spaghetti roads. On the bus it is about 25 minutes. A few days later we took a private room at a hostel in town which was cheaper, better location and nice, but no private bathroom. I guess just do your research!

Really a Lodge! Good for Family

The room that I got does not have an attached toilet...we had to use the common toilet outside our room. They do have rooms with toilet attached but very limited. Biggest disappointment is no heater for bathrooms...had to bathe in cold water! During my stay of 4 nights, other occupiers were noisy & loud...it is because, most of them only stayed for 1 night. They checked-in late at night & gone the next morning...mostly local visitors to Penang. Aircon unit does not have a remote control...operator claimed that the unit is an old unit hence not able to get any replacement. To use, just switch-on...if it gets too cold, just switch-off (sooner or later the aircon unit will spoilt this way).
