Dear Guest, The hotel is equipped with the latest technology and all the doora into the hotel building requires access card for entry. The moment someone wants to break in, police will be notified. Even if they manage to break into the hotel building, they still have to try to break in into an even more secured room door and by them the polcie would have arrived. This is a fully tested and advanced security system. We are sorry for your inconvenience.

First, I want to thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. We shall say that our bed dimensions are in line with the beds in most Malaysia and south east Asia hotels. This is a Heritage Hotel, hence we are preserving the original design and structure. We are sorry if the narrow staircase is a concern with you. You should have informed our front desk executive so that we could change another room without the narrow staircase for you. However most of our guests love the narrow staircase because that is one of the reasons they stay in our hotel, the Heritage feel of this hotel. Our staff does offer to help to carry the luggage and it was rejected by your friend. We never turn down our guests intentionally and you may ask our staff help to carry the luggage to your room.
