글 보고 도움 되실거에요.
스탭들은 너무나 친절해서 좋았어요. 오래된 건물인지 바닥의 삐걱삐걱 소리가 좀 심하게 나는데 저는 그 느낌이 좋았어요. 생각보다 화장실 하수구 냄새가 너무 심하게 나고 물이 너무 안나와요... 샤워기 호스 없고 천장에 달린걸로만 씻어야 해서 좀 불편했어요. 물도 잘 안나오니까 씻는데 한세월 걸려요. 그런데 웃긴건 변기 옆에 달린 비데는 물수압이 엄청 세요. 무의식적으로 휴지라도 넣으면 변기 물이 너무 안내려가서 그거 들고 변기 뚜껑 열고 물 채운뒤에 물 내렸어요... 그리고 이곳저곳 걸어가기에는 그렇게 좋은 위치는 아니라고 생각해요. 근처에 레드가든 이라는 푸드코트가 있는데 가까워서 아주 좋아요. 저녁마다 갔어요! 호텔 걸어오는 길에 파라다이스 (?) 마사지샵 있는데 가격도 저렴하고 마사지도 잘 해서 여행 왔을 때 마사지 꼭 받으시는 분에겐 큰 이점 같아요. 조식은 뷔페식이 아니라 메뉴를 전날 예약하고 먹는데 생각보다 괜찮아요. 과일이 좀 물러있는거 같긴 했지만 음식은 맛있었습니다. 그리고 늦게되면 전화로 불러주셔서 아주 감사했습니다. 하지만 일박에 8만원 주고 잘 거냐고 물어보면 저는 다른 곳을 선택하려고 합니다 ㅠㅠ

메인거리와 살짝 떨어져있지만 괜찮습니다
청결함에는 전혀 문제가 없지만 방이 초록색으로 칠해져 있어서 그런지 침침한 느낌입니다. 아 실외기때문에 매우 시끄럽긴 했어요. 스태프들은 매우 친절했고 룸 이외는 매우 분위기있었어요. 최신 빨래방이 가까이에 있습니다

아이들에겐 닌텐도로 인해 가장 좋은 기억으로 남은 호텔
위치ㅡ번화가는 아니지만 조용한 곳이어서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 근처에 동전세탁소에 있어서 중간에 세탁도 했답니다. 밤에 아이들과 걸어다녔지만 위험한것 못느꼈어요. 직원ㅡ다들 매우 친절하세요 조식ㅡ전날 몇가지 메뉴 중 미리 골라서 주문하시고 다음날 가서 방번호 이야기하면 그때 준비해주시고 커피 쥬스 과일 요거트와 함께 주십니다. 빵세트가 양이 가장 많아요. 섞어서 주문했는데도 남겼어요. 수영장ㅡ식당옆에 아주아주 작고 낮아요. 그냥 발담글정도로 낮아요. 2ㅡ3세 애기들용정도예요. 닌텐도ㅡ최대2시간 빌려주세요. 아이들에게 최고의 시간이었죠. 2층까지밖에 없어보여서 걱정했는데 다행히 엘리베이터가 있었어요. 편안하게 가방 옮겼습니다.

조지타운 인접 직원들 친절하고 시설이 오래되긴 했지만 관리 잘 되어있고 특유의 이런 분위기를 좋아하는 사람에게는 최고의 호텔 개미가 몇마리 돌아다니긴 함 팬 돌아가는 소리가 큰 편이여서 아주 조용한 것을 선호하는 사람에게는 불편할지도

호텔을 알아보던중 평이 너무 좋은 이 호텔이 저렴한가격이 나와서 바로예약! 역시 잘해써요!! 첫째 직원들의 서비스...친절 왕중왕!! 직원모두 웃으며 손님을 맞이하고 저녁이 방마다 사탕하나 씩을 돌리며 인사!!! 둘째 아침식사는 부패는 아니지만 아늑하고 조용한 카페에 앉아 미리주문한 식사를 먹는것은 너무 고급진 누낌이네요. 셋째 오래된 부띠끄 호텔이지만 너무 깨끗한고 좋아요. 넷째 와이파이 빵빵!! 호텔이 너무 좋아서 나가서 관광하기 실었어요! 대형호텔의 넓은 호텔도 좋지만 넓고 크지는 않지만 한적하고 부띠크안 느낌을 바란다면 이곳이 좋아요. 걸어서 10분이면 시내버스나 무료시내투러버스, 시티투어버스를 탈수있는 정거장이 있어요. 또 쇼핑으 할수 있는 곳도 있고요 버스터미널인 콤타에서 10분 걸어ㅓ 올수 있어요.

Great Boutique Hotel with excellent service
We stayed 3 night at this beautifully decorated boutique house. The staff were very kind and gave us an excellent service. They upgrade our room for bigger room so enjoyed a lot They also provide home made breakfast from western style to Dim sum Location was also great. so can easily access to Comta and George Town I strongly recommend you to stay there I will stay Muse m hotel again for next time i will stay in Penang Island

고풍스럽고 앤티크한 호텔! 추천해요 :)
호텔은 골목안쪽에 위치를 하고 있어서 위치는 그렇게 좋지는 않았습니다. 하지만, 조금 길이 익숙해지면 청킹맨션하고 레드가든 푸드코트라 가까운 곳이였다는 것을 알 수 있었습니다. 주로 벽화그림을 찾으러 다녔던 조지타운 코어 존에서는 거리가 있었지만, 쇼핑센터하고는 걸어서 15분정도 거리에 위치한 호텔이였습니다. 호텔은 객실이 상당히 많은 3성급의 레벨에서 꽤 큰 호텔이였습니다. 시설도 매우 고풍스럽고 앤티크한 인테리어가 좋았습니다. 시설은 매우 청결하였고, 호텔직원분들도 너무너무 친절하시고 좋았습니다. 객실이 좀 어두웠던 점이 있긴 하였지만, 화장실과 침구,에어컨,천장팬 모두가 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 침대가 움직일때마다 소리가 나서 그부분이 조금 아쉬웠어요~ 아침식사는 전날 저녁 9시전까지 메뉴를 선택해서 리셉션에 이야기를 해야하는데, 메뉴가 그렇게 다양하지 않아서 기대를 하지 않았습니다. 하지만, 막상 아침식사를 받으니 에피타이저로 나온 과일과 현지식 간식,망고쥬스등이 추가적으로 나와서 좋았습니다. 물론, 아침식사메뉴가 다양하지는 않았지만 맛있어서 만족하였습니다. 체크아웃이후에 짐을 맡겨놓고 5시에 택시를 예약해달라고 했는데 모두 친절하게 서비스를 제공해주셨습니다.

뮤지엄 호텔은 호텔 자체도 예쁘고 아기자기 하지만 최고는 스텝들입니다. 이렇게 친절한 스텝들은 처음 보았어요. 주변 환경은 특히 밤에는 무섭지만 호텔은 아늑하고 좋습니다.

작지만 아늑한 호텔
오래된 느낌이지만 생긴지 얼마않되는호텔,작그마해서 호텔이라가보다는 좀 큰 가정집에 묵는 듯하였습니다. 아침식사는 간단하자만 이쁘고 맛나게 차려주어서 잘 먹었고요,지원들이 친절하게 잘해주어서 좋은시간 잘 보내고왔습니다. 조지타운 시내긴하지만 시내까진 좀 많이 걸어야하고 그게 좀 귀챤은 반만 조용한곳에 있어 잠점이기도해요.

Promises, Promises
I knew I had a problem when there was no parking when I arrived. Evidently, management does not check the plate numbers, so local F&B establishments take advantage; hence no parking in the PM despite 40% occupancy. Chose the hotel for "ample parking" despite its location, but there is parking available only in the mornings and evenings, so not easy to use the car to go out for lunch or shopping. Must stay out until the evening. Then, no internet on my PC in the room on 4 routers. Managed a connection with no bars (just the dot) to send off a couple of lengthy emails at one spot in the lobby. No images. Cell phone got a "dot only" connection in the room, 1 bar on the cell. Used the cell. Some other guests were using portable routers. Young staff was friendly but generally not knowledgeable beyond key tourist spots and therefore not helpful. Took a while to find a cafe with free wifi as most are closed during RMCO. Lots of promises, no action. At checkout: "Internet is working fine. No one is having any problems." Not! Several fruit flies in the room. At least a Mozzy, too, as woke up with three hives. Another guest was complaining of a dysfunctional toilet, though mine was fine. Such a shame - the physical plant is rustic but charming. Will not be returning any time soon.

I must rate this hotel at 5 stars. Although some facilities are a bit old, all of them are well maintained. The location is perfect and close to many tourists spots. Last but not least, their cat Leo is the best cat in Penang.

From the cheerful welcome with a towel to wash your hands and a nice smooth lemongrass drink, to the amazing employees, we didn’t want to leave. Reveena, one of the front desk clerks, is the most delightful young lady and truly is an asset to the hotel. We had a complication with losing a phone and she worked hard to help us get it back, even stayed past her duty time. We are forever grateful to her. Our King suite was absolutely breathtaking and we couldn’t get enough of the friendly cats that are part of the hotel staff. ❤️

Beautiful Heritage hotel. Comfortable room. Well kept. Lovely front desk staff. Very Helpful and always smiling! Lots of good food options within a few minutes walk. Easy to walk to all the sights. Bathroom a bit dated. The pool should not be advertised as such. You can really only dip your feet.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to bus. Be aware some bus drivers don't stop for whatever reason. I have 4 buses passed me and other tourists. I mean they act like they don't see you standing there with your hand waving them down. It is a problem for the foreign people who lives there as well but they say they report but nothing was done.

Regular rooms are rather small and dark and face a wall, though they have nice furnishings. As do all the public areas. The breakfast hot offerings were served tepid because the plates had been arranged in advance. Solution is to order the muesli. The pool was a delightful bonus for chilling after a long hot day. The staff were gracious and helpful. Our sink and shower did not drain very well. Nor did the sink in the room of a friend. We were moved one night to one of the rooms on the street side because of the drainage problems which had lots of light and room, and was absolutely lovely but would surely have cost twice the price had we had to pay for it. The hotel is a nice quiet location with easy access to nearby restaurants. Another bonus was the roof deck with a lovely view over the city.

中心地よりやや離れており通りからのアプローチは袋小路状態の場所に位置する。 夜中に徒歩で帰る場合などはその道に全く人気は無く暗いため1人での徒歩には不安を感じる。 フロントの愛想は良いのだが、頼んだ事を引き受けたのに実行しない。(金庫が最初から閉じてロックされていたため使用出来ない) タオルは補充するが何故か古いタオルは回収しない。 トイレットペーパーが切れているのに補充しない。 どれも頼めば良いのだが、上記のように愛想良く引き受けるが実際には行動しない。仕方なく廊下に出ている掃除婦に直接頼む事数回・・良くある東南アジアの中の下レベルのホテル。
