I booked for double and already make payment,once i arrived the management told me double room already full and i have to pay extra charge change to triple room.

Location of this hotel is great, near to Penang Sentral, there's a very tasty food court just next to the hotel. Room wise just nice for me, as it was a short stay. Price is good too

Отель на одну ночь - не более!
Плюс только в том что отель находится рядом со станцией ЖД. В отеле было не чисто. На кровати темные женские волосы. Ночью громко лаяли собаки, плохо спали! Хороший напор в душе, горячая вода.

I don't know either they change the bedsheet or not, my body feel itchy when sleeping on the bed. Toilet a bit smelly. Beside than mentioned things, everything is ok

Convenient location and close to good food. Grab is also reasonably priced to get you anywhere you want to go. Towels were dirty.

Good location but Hotel is very poorly maintained
The only thing good for this hotel is the location. The hotel is very old and run down. Poorly maintained. The wall in the bedroom is peeling off and moldy smell.

Had a good one night stay during school holiday. parking was easy in front of the hotel. air-cond setting couldn't be adjusted but it operated as usual. really affordable

We arrived at 3am in the morning, looking for a place to continue sleeping and taking showers before leaving. The room is really clean and we left feeling happy with enough sleep and feeling clean.

Convenient for all transport.
Having stayed at this place a number of times I knew it was going to offer what I needed, a clean place with a comfortable bed since I intended to be out with friends most of the daytime. I got what I wanted! No wardrobe in the room meant that clothing had, either to be left on a table, or hung on pegs on the wall. That is manageable! I found that the hot water system did not operate when I first arrived but management were very quick to rectify that problem.

It was ok. Only thing is that the room had no window and this should have been disclosed clearly prior to making a booking, but it wasn't.

Worth the price
Everything is great about this hotel . The room, toilet and everything is worth the price but next time need to state that there is no elevator but only stairs. I had to climb to level 2 of the hotel with my luggage. If it is stated that there is only stairs i would ask for the lower level room instead. But overall i would give 3 out of 5 stars.

Sangat berpatutan dengan nilai. Receptionist yang peramah. Walking distance dari Penang Sentral yang menempatkan kemudahan bas, KTM, ETS, dan Feri. Tapi, perlu membayar RM30 sebagai deposit ketika check-in. Deposit dipulangkab ketika check-out.

Not my expected good quality of budget hotel
The shower doesn't really works, there is a dirty stain on the mattress, very poor WiFi, no clothes iron equipment or room for ironing, soap dispenser doesn't work and the room is slightly dusty and sensitive for allergy. However, the receptionist is approachable.
