We recently stayed at the holiday inn for a weekend getaway, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is superb. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff who were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room which was spacious, clean. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel's amenities. The fitness center was well-equipped and offered a great selection of equipment for a workout. The pool was a fantastic place to relax. The dining options around the hotel were also excellent. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's complimentary breakfast bar, which offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, the experience at the holiday inn hotel was exceptional. The combination of great service, beautiful accommodations, and fantastic amenities made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We usually always stay at the holiday inn because of the location and the amenities, but this time it was a different story. Long story short we got a room on the 3rd floor. Which was fine. First things first the bathtub was dirty. The whole room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Everything felt super dusty. Whoever stayed above our room sounded like they were running a marathon or something. Check in and check out was fine. Parking was fine. Will definitely be exploring more places next time though.

Pillows and beds need to be refreshed. They also charged me $2.00 to have my minor 7 year old child with me which I thought was ridiculous.

Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the pool was super cold.

I needed to change the type of room I had and Expedias lacl luster attempt wasn't able to help me, so I called the property directly and the staff was phenomenal. They apologized for something that wasn't even their fault. They were accommodating and went above and beyond.

The elevators were sketchy and the room service/cleaning gals looked like ex drug attacks and didn’t clean out room just made the bed. Which is odd. We stay at hotels a lot and that’s the first time they just made the bed.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast had great options and plenty of space to eat. Staff was very friendly at check in and responsive to needs and questions. Would stay here again. There is a $2 property fee per room that is not included in the Expedia booking price.

Really clean. Friendly staff. Only thing was a loud heater, that could have been taken care of if I reported it. Definitely will return.

For extended stay customers, going forward, please housekeeping don't pound on the door at 9am to see if i need anything. I can find you in the hallway, I can call the front desk, you can check with me before you go off shift...... but 9am on a Saturday? Please no.
