Filthy Mess
Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Place was filthy, stayed two nights and maid did not come in to make bed, change towels, or take out trash. Tub had paint chips all over, tile in tub needed caulking. Will never stay there again.

Omg, Horrible....no towels at all in the room. Room was not clean just a horrible experience. I booked the rooms for my brothers and sorry I did not know until the last day. Just terrible....the staff at check in were fine so, when I checked in I had no idea the rooms were so, bad. How can you not have one towel in the room. I suggest no one stay here.

Cheap hotel, terrible condition.
Checked in at almost midnight. Got to the room. Couldn't open the door without throwing my shoulder into it. The carpet was stained. Cockroaches in the room. No towels in the room. Went to call the front desk and the telephone in the room didn't work so I had to call on my cell phone. Asked about getting towels and they said to come to the desk. Got there and the desk person frantically looked for some to give me. I ended up with a bath mat a hand towel and a wash cloth to take a shower with. Checked out a day early and paid extra on another hotel. The pool has moss growing in it and is closed. The property is in terrible shape, all of the air conditioning units are leaking onto the walkway of the lower levels.

customer service was nice, rooms were terrible, mold in bathrooms and front door, they had stapled the bathroom door back together and shower rod was hanging (by a thread) i had to buy blankets and pillow case covers at walmart i placed there linens by the door they were not clean trash can nasty.

The carpet was wet and the sheets had stains on it. Even though the room was non smoking the moment i walked in my asthma started acting up they couldn't provide a clean room so we left the hotel. Nasty nasty nasty hotel. I would recommend it to none.

Firat of all, it was a grough of 6 family staying there, when we get there we find out that the pool is closed, there is no breakfast, rooms were filty, dust everywhere, a/c broken, no towels, I asked for towels around 4pm, they told me that they were washing a load. 4 hours later went and asked again, they told me the same thing, I told them you ll told me that 4 hours ago. The door key was not working, so every time that we needed to get in the room I had to go to the front desk for one of them to go and open the door for us. I called in the morning to tell them that bath tub wasn't draining, I came back from the beach around 7pm aND still wasn't fix, didn't get fix at all. Walls and ceiling need some tough up. They need to take pool and breakfast out, because they don't have it. It was really uncomfortable we all have kids with us, th ed only reason we stayed there those 2 days, It was because there not room somewhere else of there too expensive. Now great customer service.

Never again!
It took an hour to get checked in because the rooms were not ready at 6:00 PM and no air conditioning in clean rooms. The room I got didn't have a key so staff had to let me in every time I needed in. Luckily I was rebated for that. In the room there was a light out, no coffee pot for the coffee maker, dirty cups, food left in refrigerator, mold/mildew on shower curtain, shower didn't drain well and held water, telephone didn't work, remote didn't work, and tv had 1 working channel. The pool was closed until further notice. The water was black! Continental breakfast was closed due to electrical issues. The staff working at 5:30pm at checking in were nice and tried to make things as right as they could. However the man working the desk at 5:00am ran to my room to open the door for me and had left before I even made it to third floor. He also let some of my friends in my room while I was not there and didn't look up the room information when they gave my name. So anybody could've given my room number and let in without verification. The lady working behind the counter at 9:30am was rude. I needed in my room and after I patiently waited she asked with an attitude "do you need to file a complaint too?" The housekeeper came to my room before I checked out and told me to leave my door open when I left.

Don't Stay Here!!!
Worse hotel I've ever stayed in. The place needs to be shut down. It is not clean and unsanitary to say the least. The staff was nice but it's nice people at other hotels too. I advise everyone to stay away from here.

It was the worst time ever the rooms were dirty and small had a funny smell.... The works were nice a friendly it was busy and they were nice... It just wasn't a good experience at all horrible.

The pool was green and closed for the stay. The only ice maker that worked was on the 3rd floor. The front staff did not have things in order. People were outside the room all night just talking by a tree.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
The hotel is completely run down. The room had a terrible smell, it didn't even have towels, the TV wasn't working. We spotted a couple of bugs in the room. The reception wasn't welcoming at all. The pool was extremely dirty and although we only stayed a night with no intention of using this facility the view was just disgusting.

Horrible motel. Rude, unfriendly staff.
Upon arrival, we were told the pool was "out of order" - it was full of black sludgy disgusting I don't know what. The elevator was broken - we took the stairs which were covered in garbage and cigarette butts. Our room door key card was being worked on by maintenance, so we could go to our room, but couldn't leave because we had no way back in. The room was tiny and the supposed "suite" was a queen bed and a chair. This was the room the hotel told us would be best for me and my two teenagers. In reality, there was nowhere for the third person to sleep except for the stained, disgusting floor and that wasn't going to happen. We called down after waiting forever for the key card and asked about leaving since the space was too small and were told we waited 15 minutes too long to call and they were charging us for the night anyway. We then went down to talk to the manager, who was nasty and rude and said she had my charge card so we were going to be charged no matter what. So we were on the last day of our vacation and had just decided to stay one last night in Pensacola to visit the college campus and were running low on money after a week long vacation and didn't feel right about spending more money on another hotel so we had to sleep in the car at a rest area during our 18 hour drive home. DO NOT GO TO THIS MOTEL. I will never go to another Days Inn, ever!

I understand that a cheaper hotel ($70) would not be as nice as the more expensive ones, but this hotel is completely unacceptable. The room was incredibly dirty. Underneath the bed was all kinds of trash. I can not imagine how any body would not replace those curtains. They were stained and extremely dirty. Completly disgusting.

I did not stay one night. The key machine was broken when I made it. The photo shows a flat screen but they only have standard tvs. The room stink!

Ruined Days Inn reputation
My partner and I chose this hotel as we have had good experiences with Days Inn in the past. This experience has completely turned us off from staying at a Days Inn in the future. We arrived at the front desk after putting a reservation in online through Expedia (as we know it was late and we needed to go ahead and put in a reservation). It took a whole hour to get a key and get to our (dirty) room. There were 5 families in front of us, many coming back to the front desk after realizing that the room they were assigned to ALREADY HAD PEOPLE STAYING IN IT. The front desk had no idea what they were doing and were just giving room keys away they thought were available and (may be) clean. Eventually, we just gave up and stayed in a dirty room with garbage, no sheets, no pillows, no towels. Not sure where the problem was (the system not syncing with Expedia, the cleaning service on strike, or what), but it was a horrible experience. We asked for a refund, but to no avail since we booked through Expedia at a lower price. We understood we wouldn't get a 5-star hotel at this price, but this was just way below our reasonable expectations.

Trash motel.
The hotel was terrible. When we arrived the TV had been stolen out of our room. There was no shower curtain in our room and it took 3 days and asking multiple staff to get one. The alarm clock wires had been cut. There was a used bar of soap in the shower with hair on it. The tissues had obviously been stuffed back in the box and had dirt in it. We stayed for four days and every day they de-activated our card. The only positive was their pleasant cleaning staff.

We arrived to an awful situation where our room was said to have been overbooked then were offered a dirty room by the only staff member on duty. They cancelled our reservation but before they did, they tried to dump us in a room that had dirty bed linens and the ceiling had black mold and paint chips falling on the beds. Nightmare. F-

Check in took over 15 minutes. First room we were given hadn't been cleaned yet (bed not made, trash on floor, TV on). Breakfast had nothing edible...waffle machine was broken, and I was scared to try the milk after seeing how the place was run. Coffee cup lids didn't fit the cups. Some sketchy people around hotel, but businesses around were good. I chose this hotel for the low price, so I wasn't expecting much. It definitely was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I would take this motel off your referral list. When we checked in we were greeted by an inexperienced front desk clerk. She advised us that they did not have many rooms ready. Mind you, it was 9:00 p.m. The first room she offered "had a funny smell" and that previous guests mentioned so she offered a can of air freshener. We declined. We took the next room offered but had to put on our own pillow cases and she was not sure if there were towels or not. The room was filthy and the bed was paused against one wall making us climb over each other just to get in and of out of bed. There was no breakfast because the waffle machine was broke. Only cold cereal with no spoons. The final letdown was you could not use the pool. Something to do with the pump. And before I forget, they would not give us a key for our own room. The had to let us in and out. I WANT A REFUND. We are traveling from Florida to Arizona. I have not booked any of our upcoming stays with Expedia due to this nightmare.

This hotel is extremely disorganized. You may get a room in which someone else is already in. You are lucky if your works on other rooms. By the fourth try, you are so tired of checking rooms and walking back to the office that you except whatever they give even though it didn't match what you booked because "that's all they have left." Totally dissatisfied with this hotel.

Quick getaway with a terrible bed.
Staff was unorganized. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and mold. The very friendly housekeeping lady gave me a can of air freshener to keep in room. Front desk was a mess. The fact that we had to go approve our room because they were getting so many complaints worried me. The pool was closed. We made sure to get back before dark and not leave room after dark because of some shady people in parking lot. Ice machine was broke. The bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. We had trouble sleeping on it, I was tempted to sleep in car but those people in the parking lot all night scared me.

This is a very old Days Inn , I am surprised that Wyndham would even be associated with this Motel. We arrived as scheduled to find the front office full of disappointed patrons demanding their money back. Some complaints that I overheard were lack of towels in rooms, no housekeeping available, breakfast very shappy, this place shoul be closed down. The two young girls were trying to deal with irate customers and do chek ins at the same time. If We thought we could have gotten another room and werent so tired we would not have stayed there. Someone from Wyndham should visit this place and we are surprised that you would even list it. Please close this place down!

The room was very small. There was no trash can in the room. It took a whole day to get a trash can. Everything was old and dingy except for the bedding. Wonderful mattress and bedding. The pool was cloudy. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Definitely not up to par with most Days Inns.

When we got to the hotel there were a lot of people at Guest Services complaining about their rooms which made me kind of wary. When we were finally checked in we were told that our room key didn't work and we would have to come and tell them anytime we wanted to be let in the room which was very frustrating. When we went up to the room it had an awful smell and looking at the shower curtain in the bathroom there was mold on it. We were scared to take a bath and also to sleep on the beds because of the smell of the blankets. We were provided with no towels and had to ask for them. The pool was dirty and ice machine did not work. The rooms did not look like the pictures on the site. We were only staying for one night so we just decided to ride it out. If I had to do it all over again I would not stay at this days inn again.

Unfortunately the first room we had did not lock and so we had to get another room. The staff was accommodating but the hotel is in a rough neighborhood. We had ladies of the night knock on our door to offer their services. It was a rough area.

Had to make our own bed. Had to ask over 5 times to get towels and wash clothes. Paid for late checkout and was rushed by house keeping to check out on time. We did check out on time and was not refunded my late checkout fee. Staff were all rude and very disrespectful to guest. Will never stay there again.

It was a horrible stay, the place needs to be shut down. The rooms are full of dealers and females roaming the streets if you know what I mean. I give this place a zero. Yuck!

Hotel near condemnation and should be closed.
Reservation was for room with 2 queen beds. The room we received had only one double bed. Most of the electrical plugs did not work. The lamp shade was missing from the lamp over the credenza. The curtain had stains and holes. The telephone did not work - we tried to report the disrepair of the room as well as the liability issues with the hotel overall. The common area were hazardous with debris everywhere, including trash and wet walkway from having been hosed down. The pool hours were clearly posted to close at 10pm. Children were playing in the pool until after midnight and made it difficult to sleep. We received a "discount" for having to wait approximately 1 hour in a line to check in. When we reported to room was not what was reserved, no adjustment was made. As a retired CPM, I addressed the concerns of the condition overall and the potential liability risks for guests as well as the owner. The representative was polite and stated they hear all of these details all the time - just another day in the neighborhood. Would not have stayed had it not been prepaid was simply a placed to stop for the night after travelling for several hundred miles. I would welcome a call from someone of authority as well as full refund for such inadequacies.

Dirty Room & We Were Double Billed!
Front desk clerk was nice but she billed my credit card even though I told her that I prepaid thru hotels.com & showed her my receipt & confirmation #. Can't get the manager to call me back for a refund. The front desk wouldn't give us a key, so we didn't leave the room. She said the locks were being reprogrammed the next day. Made me wonder why.?? No bath or hand towels in the room. Carpet was filthy! Some brown swirly stuff that made me wear my shoes at all times! Bedspread was REALLY old, no top sheet, pillow was as flat as a pancake, bed was hard. Paint peeling around the toilet. Blood spatters on the wall behind the towel rack. The glass was missing from the peep hole & they stuffed a Kleenex in it. Would never ever stay there again.
