객실 청결도는 보통. 가격만큼의 청결도. 객실에서 기분좋지 않은 냄새가 나서 환기를 계속 시켰으나 사라지지 않음. 아마도 오래된 카펫에서 나는 냄새인 듯. 무료 아침식사는 별로. 냉동실에서 냉장실로 옮긴지 얼마 안된 듯한 우유는 얼어있음. 요거트만 먹고 커피 한잔 가지고 나옴. 매우 가까운 위치에 코스트코가 있고 길건너 몰에는 타겟과 판다 익스프레스 같은 식당이 있는 몰 있음.호텔에서 백미터 이내 거리에 타코벨 위치. 잡스런 물건 사러 다니기에는 매우 좋은 위치.

Location worked great for attending a concert at the Peoria Civic Center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet night despite the hotel being completely sold out.

The elevator was not working properly. It would go to the second and third floor but door would not open. You have to go down to one and try again. The lady at the desk said they have to call on the elevator a lot. So this wasn’t the first time it’s happened. Other than that very clean and nice place to stay.

The staff was so amazing and very helpful. We will make this our regular hotel stay when visiting family in Peoria. Room was very spacious which was great since we had to bring our 6month old puppy with us. Lots of room for her to play in.

The staff was the best!! From the young lady who checked us in at night to the ladies who checked us out Sunday morning, just fantastic! They also provided my family and I with information about where to go and what to do in Peoria, delivered clearly and with a smile. The only knock was the toilet didn’t flush properly and the bathroom is outdated a little but we made it work with a plunger. They very politely offered to move our rooms but we declined the offer.

Beyond my expectations. I had booked a King room for 6 nights, and when I arrived, I received a free upgraded to a suite, which is like a small apartment. Made the long stay much nicer!

First room smelled of smoke, the second room ,,, the toilet would not flush properly, the bed was hard as Rock, and the tub had a line of what appeared to be mold around the rag holder bar

It's a great location for us when visiting. He had a little hiccup checking in which was between BW and Expedia but it got taken care of so all was good

Last time a year or so ago the mattress were worn out and I complained. This time my wife woke up with a sore back at three am. When she got up there was a four inch deep indentation where she laid. She is not a large woman.The mattress was junk. So you can't fix the mattresses but you repainted the whole building and added plus to your name. Your worried about rebranding yet the people who pay for all this get the same old junk mattresses!!

Best Western needs to upgrade its shower products. The shampoo and conditioner came in tiny bottles that were very difficult to use, the contents did not come out easily. Most hotels these days have large pump dispenser bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were excellent.

Hotel was nice. Nothing extravagant, but it was clean and everything was in good working order. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds in any hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was just ok, but it's free so I'm not complaining too much. Overall I would stay there again.

The best western was one of the worst nights sleep that I’ve ever had. Noise was just a constant issue, noise from outside with buses pulling up, then noise from other rooms, banging around from the rooms above. Then the kitchen starts, door noise, squeak from the kitchen door, trolly noise and so on. The room was not all that clean, tired and a waste of money. I’d doubt that I’d stay at this venue again or any best western hotel. It was more motel than hotel. Two positives the breakfast was okay and leaving was good.

The location of the hotel was great - close to restaurants and shopping, a short drive to the convention centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room, however, could use some improvement. The toilet did not always flush properly and the knob on the sink kept coming off.
