After a recent stay I was a bit more disappointed. A 3 night week-end stay I found a note on both days on unforeseen circumstances room service not available, no problem but it was not explained about beverages available in diner area. I bought my own milk, Maybe a small cooler pouch would be good in all hotels. Appreciate that staff were pushed to their limit. In my case both breakfast's was a sausage, no fluffy scrambled egg ,or bacon available. Problems with room heater, they had to bring a blow fan! Always difficult to locate eye with Sat Nav! A larger sign both at the main roundabout and leading to the restaurant/ pub that you have to pass to access the car park.

Convient location. Breakfast ok, Bread and rolls very poor quality. These items should be sourced locally,fresh daily.

the property was just where we wanted to be and although it was very busy the staff seemed to cope very well

Excellent cleanliness, your staff were very welcoming and very helpful at breakfast time, they were polite and well-mannered at all times and the chamber maids were very diligent in all of our room tasks. We wouldn't hesitate in coming back again.

Curling weekend

Excellent accommodation in bedroom and excellent breakfast which was included in a reasonable rate. Staff at reception and in dining room exceptionally pleasant. Absolutely no complaints.

Fantastic Stay

This was our second stay at the Perth hotel. We contacted the receptionist to say we would be arriving late due to the weather and we were met by a very friendly lady. Fantastic, felt very welcome by all of the staff. Room very clean, spacious and everything was in good working order. I had requested an item for the shower and was very happy that the hotel had provided it for me. Hotel was very quiet, great nights sleep and comfy beds. Breakfast was busy but well catered for, lots of clean tables. Food was hot and very tasty. There was not one thing I could fault, this is a very well run hotel and it's always great to see happy team members that genuinely like to chat to you. Thank you.

Just a night stop off on journey north so perfect as just off the main road. It was great value and room was adequate for what we needed and for what we paid especially Including breakfast is also great.

Wonderful stop over

All staff friendly, cheerful and helpful. Dogs made extremely welcome with wee blanket and water bowl. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Good cut above other budget hotels. Comfy room let down by a 30-33dB boiler room hum (room 105). Nice breakfast and friendly staff and the bar is reasonable too

Nice there’s a pub just outside of the hotel that is great. Easy to get to from the highway. Breakfast was great.

All Holiday Inn Expresses are of consistently good quality and this was no exception. The only thing this one lacked was aircon in the rooms but with cooler weather and an open window this was not a problem. Staff are attentive, friendly and competent; breakfasts are consistently good and rooms neatly presented and clean; beds comfortable and with little noise and parking closeby on-site. High quality for the reasonable price.
