This is your responsibility to ensure the room description and facilities meets your needs before booking. We offered you to use the camp kitchen to access a stronger signal of WIFI however you refused. Every effort was made by our team to assist you once you addressed your concern with us after your check-in.

Hi JohnThank you for your review. Our park has outdoor seating allocated throughout the park and has a dog exercise area in which is outlined on the park map you were given at check-in. We have substantial lighting throughout the park and is checked nightly by our caretaker to ensure it is all working. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we look forward to seeing you again
