좀 불편한곳입니다.
내부가 너무더워요.모기가 너무많고 시설물 파손된부분이 많습니다. 호텔직원 에서 콜택시를 불러달라고 했는데 엄천큰차량이옴 4인이라고 햇으나.아파트먼트에서 공항까지 30~35불인데 60불이 나옴,

I could hear the neighbours even though they weren’t being loud. The room was clean but had an old smell to it. Wear and tear on furniture etc.

Perth市街地にバスで10分程度のエリアで、近くに24時間スーパー（大きさ的にはコンビニだが）もあり、レンタカー利用にはありがたい駐車場無料という施設。家族利用で4シングルベッドの部屋は広さや設備としては十分。値段的には安い方なので、設備の古さ、破損や清掃不足はあるが日本を基準としなければ普通レベル。フロントのスタッフは応対も丁寧で子供にも親切。寝るだけの場所と割り切って他にお金を回すことを重視する人にはお勧め。ちなみに朝食バイキングはメニューこそ固定気味だがコスパは高い。

Great location to city and east Perth eateries. Good parking. Economic option for visitors to Perth.

No issues with the service or staff. However the room was in desperate need of a makeover. The layout was wrong inconsistant with the room itself, furniture old and outdated. Broken appliances. For the price paid it should be a whole lot of better standard. Like from the 2stars i believe the room is to a 3.5 to 4 star hotel room

Generelt er der plads til forbedring, men et godt stort rum. Måske jeg bare var uheldig med andre hotelgæster, men jeg fraråder hvis man har børn med. Det ligger vinkelret på vejen, og det mindskede trafikstøjen fra en rimelig trafikeret gade.

Conveniently located for our purpose. Missed servicing our room ....twice. Forgot our early "wake-up" call but fotunately they remembered to order our taxi to the airport!

Booked a queen room, got a twin single. Front foyer is nice, but upper levels are dirty, needs a revamp. ? Surveillance camera hard wired into the tv. The buffet breakfast in the morning was the only thing that redeemed our stay. Dont waste your money staying here.

I felt uneasy from the start of my stay as I went to the car after checking in. On my return my door was wide open and a man was in my room repairing a tap in the bathroom. This put me off right from the start.

As usual enjoyed the stay, room was comfortable you get what you pay for of course. Only complaint was that I had arranged for late check out, sent a message through Expedia when booking, even spoke to the person at reception and was told that midday would be fine for late check out, but at 10.20am we received a call from reception asking when we intended on checking out, and when told that we had until midday the person said "Sorry we dont do checkouts at midday," luckily we were just about ready to leave anyway, and just as we were about to leave the cleaner knocked on the door, hopefully next time we stay we will be able to have late checkout and staff at reception communicate with each other.

I thought the bathrooms could have been much cleaner it was looking in need of an update. The staff were very friendly and the meals in the restaurant were very good.

The property is very old and showing its age. Breakfast was mediocre at least variety of food was good but cold. Room was not good ,carpet was stained ,shower was terrible. It does have a good location being close to the city and plenty of public transport nearby. The old adage that you get what you pay for is true in this case.

The property itself is a bit tired, but this is to be expected with a 3 star hotel. The biggest concern was lack of cleanliness. Mould in the shower/bathroom, floors looked and felt dirty throughout, and there were cockroaches in my room. Maintenance was lacking with dripping taps, the door lock was hard to open sometimes, and the tv was in 'shop mode', so a banner of the tv's features would show on the screen every few minutes. I'll avoid staying here in the future.
