Thank you for your detailed feedback around your recent stay with our property. We are in the process of a refurbishment of both our apartments and also public spaces, (Hallways and lobby). This process does include, New Kitchen and bathrooms, New flooring and furnishings plus the installation of Smart TV's as well. We do partner with an offsite parking provider, where we can offer guests a discounted parking option due to our property location been located in the CBD we do not unfortunately have onsite parking. We do like to work with our guests and advise on both loading bays in Milligan and Murray Street to temporarily park and bring in your luggage. We do hope to welcome you back in the near future.

Hi Kelly, Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing our property recently. From our extended team we do take on your concerns around the bathroom in your allocated apartment. I am pleased to advise that we are in the process of completing our property refurbishment of which approximately 55% of apartments have been completed. This refurbishment includes; New bathrooms and New kitchens, plus new carpets and furnishings. We do continue to welcome guests and hope that our new look and feel offers continued comfort to our guests.

As our property does operate with different reception hours Monday - Friday and Saturday - Sunday, we request that our guests contact our reception to confirm their reservation at the time of booking, alternatively upon receipt of guests reservations our team will also reach out to confirm possible arrival times and assist with possible afterhours arrivals procedures. It is unfortunate that you were rushed on this occasion and we do try to work with Expedia to best advertise our property and opening times but we are also faced with restrictions as well.

As our property is a CBD based property, unfortunately we do not have onsite car-parking, however we do partner with a nearby vendor who does offer a discounted rate for our guests. Duly noted the busy location and low amount of street car parking, Our team is only too happy to advise the best place to park whilst in the interim of checking in. From time-to-time cooking aromas do linger even though our team do everything in their power to remove the smell. On the rare occasion, the aroma does decide to extend it's stay and our team is only too happy to work with guests to either continue to remove or offer an alternate room pending availability. Our team is happy to hear that you did enjoy the location, and our team will always aim to provide outstanding service.
