We understand it is not a complimentary breakfast buffet like some guests prefer, however we do offer breakfast included rates to make it less expensive. Hi Ashley, thank you for your feedback and we apologize on the elevator issue and how it has impacted your previous stays! It is never our intention to impact our guests like this, especially for so long. Unfortunately, you are correct, one of the two elevators has been down off and on since late last year due to a major part that is back ordered- it hasn't been quite a year yet though. Please know we have and still are working hard on getting this part in and installed to have both functioning for our guests and assisting guests the best that we can. It is in the works and should be fixed within the next few months.
