The staff was polite anyone who we talked to had a smile on their face ,vey clean and friendly atmosphere ,the mall was across the street my family and I had a great time we will definitely be coming back anything we needed extra blankets,towels, rags house keeping made sure we got it

The room was nice and spacious I had a good view the pool was everything it was warm and clean.the breakfast was amazing my stay was great.

Room was clean for the most part, but the bed was flat & the box springs was sticking out. I think it was on the floor with just box springs. Also the bathroom vent was dusty. Our day being their we we're out the whole day & made sure the door was closed before leaving and for us to get room service (clean) that did not happen. The bed was not made from us making it, no fresh linen or wash clothes etc. when my friend and I came back that night our door was cracked open. Nothing was taken, but still. Also the amount I paid for my hotel it wasn't free WiFi. It was $5 a night & the television remote was hard to control.

The suites were spacious and clean. Loved the lobby lounge for a nightcap. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast buffet very much. We would stay here again.

The heat couldn't be controlled. Our room was so hot we keft at 3 am. This was after running the A/c for close to 8 hours and having our balcony door wide open and the outside temp was in the 40's. We had engineering there 3 separate times trying to fix it. Apparently they were supposed to do a complete renovation on the hvac system starting March 1st and never started it. The hallways were even more unbearably hot. The staff were amazing and very accomadating. Unfortunately they were pretty booked and had no comparable rooms available for us to switch to. We had also paid an extra $150 just to get a room with a hot tub. We ran the water and filled it but there was a black grease ring around the entire tub then when drained black dirt settled down to the bottom so I refused to use it. The entire building needs to be upgraded. They also lied about the size of the bed. They showed pictures of a king with 4 pillows accross. Our bed barely fit 2 pillows across.

Hotel is very nice and conveniently located. Front desk service is rude and instead of being understanding of the guest being upset when you don’t have the room that they booked, instead rather be combative, condescending and rude. Not very professional

Nice property. I stayed there years ago, but I think it was called something else. A couple of issues: number one. The carpet has stains on it, the heating and cooling system was loud, I forgot to mention it to them, but it looked like the sink was leaking – there was water on the floor, and the shelf underneath the sink. Other than that, it was good. I only stayed one night so.

Kids racing through the halls. The whole place is filled up with groups of teens and children’s congregated and screaming. It was not like any hotel I have ever been too. Extremely unpleasant. This review won’t get approved because it is the truth. This hotel needs updating and order. It’s a huge hang/play area. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Also was told that the ac unit was broken and didn’t need to be used because it’s winter time. A complete horrific experience.

The staff was excellent!!! Friendly, efficient and customer focused. The main area entrance seemed nice, clean & refreshed. However, the overall property needs to cleaned up. The carpet is very old in the hallways with heavy staining, wrinkles through out and in some areas looked like it had been wet and could have mildew. Our mattress had almost no support, the room temp was warm & even with the thermostat in our room couldn’t be lowered & lastly the closet door was ready to fall off and could barely be opened without two hands, with one pulling the door up & the other trying to open it. Would not want to stay there again without hotel updates. Again though, the staff was amazing!

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel because it states Heated POOL, which is a lie and is very disappointing. The pool was cold to the point where you cant even put your feet in the water to get use to its super cold. When i called the front desk they advised they do not heat the actual pool they only heat the room up to attempt to keep the water warm which in fact does not happen and informed me that its swim at my own risk and will not be having the pool warmed it is as is when i booked the room i booked for my kids thinking they can get in the water and enjoy swimming. Which ultimately made me take them somewhere else to enjoy the day i felt this was unfair and especially because it says online its heater nor does it have any fine print about the heated room and not the pool. Secondly the sheets on the bed where not fitted sheets they were all flat sheets with a thin comforter/blanket which bearly kept you warm and had to turn the heat up to keep warm. Last but not least the sink pipe popped out of place. Our last night there the engineer was gonna get us a new room but unfortunately i didnt want to go get another and have to bring a bunch of stuff to another room so i settled and placed a bucket under the sink since we were leaving the next morning. Say this to say that nothing else was offered or apologized once addressed i will not be booking this hotel anymore and also now know to call and ask about the “heated pool” this experience was not a good one for me

Hotels.com showed this hotel had pool available so i booked a stay for me and my 3 children. Upon arrival, I was rudely told I misread the post and the pool is closed indefinitely. I filtered the site by pools and this one came up, its not until you review deep within the listing that it pool was marked with an X. The room had alot of channels that did not work, furniture was stained and coffee table was close to falling apart. I got this hotel for $100 a night and you definitely get what you pay for, so I would recommend paying a bit more to stay at a more clean and comfortable space, one that reflects the online listing

This hotel was such a disappointment. One of the nights the rooms adjacent to ours had guests smoking and cooking inside their rooms. Put children’s eyes were watery and we smelled so bad for hours to come. The room itself was dirty and extremely poor cleaned. We will never stay here ever again.
