The second bedroom was bordered by walls on three sides. There was one small table and lamp in the room, the only light source since there were no outside windows in the room. There were no wall decorations or mirror in the room. Neither bedroom provided for unpacking a suitcase. There were no dressers, luggage racks or shelving in the closets. The closet floors were the only place to put one small suitcase. Additional suitcases had to be put in the hall. In the master bedroom the bed was so close to the corner of the wall, it was impossible to walk around the bed. A closet door handle was missing from one of the doors. The bedside tables didn't match!
The sitting area lacked any kind of comfort. We had to use the pillows from our beds in order to sit on them. They were very hard and not a good choice.
No face cloths or kitchen towels of any kind, paper or cloth, were provided. The dishwasher had not been emptied and sheets were in the dryer.
I expect to find exposed duct work in aloft or warehouse apartment--not in an apartment such as this.
Based on the bedroom photos I provided, you can see there is no way this unit could have up to 5-6 people
Not having someone on site to address concerns and the instructions not to ask the person at the front desk for anything make this a very unwelcoming place to stay.
