Pesimo lugar, desde el momento que llegué, la primera bandera roja fué el ver que no hay un escritorio en sí para check-in, hay una ventana donde le pasas tu id y tarjeta por una gaveta, y una lista de precios donde indican las penalizaciones económicas si se pierde una toalla o algun artículo de la habitación y el "recepcionista" fumando en el local. Llegué muy temprano y me atendió Mohammed C. De una manera muy indiferente y poco cordial, me comentó que el check-in era a las 3 y le comenté que iba a hacer mis pendientes y que llegaba entonces en la noche y me dijo que no habia problema....llegué en la noche y a pesar que la habitación ya estaba pagada con más de un mes de anticipación, me dijo que ya la había entregado a otra persona y que mi reserva de 3 dias y el dinero se perdieron porque ya que estaban sobrevendidos y que el no se hacía responsable, y que reclamara al corporativo o a expedia, el fulano me dejó sin hotel y nadie se hace responsable por ese tan mal trato de Mohammed. No se queden en ese basurero informal. Al lado hay mas opciones en mejor estado ( Travelodge, Clarion Inn, o Quality Inn and suites) con gente mas cordial, si; es posible que pagues un poco más por esas opciones, pero vale la pena ese gasto extra.

Very unfriendly staff, extremely dirty rooms that smell like smoke even though it’s supposed to be a no smoking hotel. Security latch was broken on the door and the front desk staff couldn’t care less. Several areas around the room had places where people put out their cigarettes on the wall.

I liked absolutely nothing about this place I booked last minute coming into town for a funeral had no other option but to sleep in my car and the temperature outside wouldn’t allow so I stayed. The tub was not suitable for bathing the toilet barely flushed water pressure was low no phone or alarm clocks in the room. Things were broken and missing. Overall horrible experience I do not recommend

I like that I was able to park my car outside of my room door and not worry about any break-ins. My room was OK but when I stayed the first time the first room that I had I really enjoyed it it was cleaner. It was more modern and I felt more safer.

This place is a dump! If could give it zero stars I would. The room didn’t have a phone in it, it like dog! The man was rude. They switched us to another room for $15.00 more a night and we paid an additional $40.00 to check in early.

The bed was comfortable, but all 3 staff members I dealt with were surly and combative. The room and bathroom had drywall repairs that were repaired with spackle, but not painted. Toilet set/lid would not stay in the up position. Shower plastic wall was cracked.

The hotel could use some updating and some deep cleaning. We walked in to a roach in our room. The staff aren’t welcoming. The overall property is good but if I knew ahead of time what the conditions were we would have stayed somewhere else.

I showed up late to the hotel due to a flight delay and was informed that they had overbooked so there were no rooms available even though i booked and paid for the room several weeks in advance. Therefore in the middle of the night i had to look for accommodations elsewhere. After my trip trying to get my refund was a nightmare. Still waiting on a reply from the property manager and it's already been one week.

The sheets on the bed were torn, all of the pillows were extremely thin and worn out, the door was banged up with dents and scratches and missing paint, chair inside the room was ripped and peeling very badly, there was no refrigerator or microwave. There addicts we’re hanging outside on the premises. I checked out within an hr and the manager made it very difficult to get a refund.
