Thank you very much for staying with us at Boulder Creek Lodge. The fact that there was no bathroom or running water in the cabin is communicated clearly in the when the description of the cabin is viewed on Expedia.com. I am sure that the sound of the creek could be heard in the cabin as it is roughly 30 yards to the rear of The Creekside Cabin. We are very proud of our resort, we have by far the best Wi-Fi access of any small resort in Montana, beautiful and clean shower-house and bathroom, a beautiful creek "Boulder Creek" that actually runs through the resort, game room, and a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner on a daily basis. All of our overnight accommodations include linens, washcloth and towels, comfortable beds, heat, ceiling fans, lighting and electricity. Safe travels.....

First and foremost we appreciate you staying at our resort. We are disappointed that you did not read and view the description of our accommodations prior to booking your reservation. We take great pride in our resort and its cleanliness. I must defend our resort with accuracy given your false and misleading statements characterizing our resort and its amenities. First of all, all cabins have 100% accurate descriptions of their amenities, not to mention photographs. Your description of crawling bugs and spiders is 100% a falsehood and fabrication, as I personally inspect every cabin to ensure the surroundings of our resort that includes trees, and beautiful rustic landscaping does not creep into cabins. Expedia has a complete list of amenities that are included in each of our beautiful, clean cabins, I would hope in the future more effort would be made when selecting your overnight accommodations. I am very proud of our resort and for six years we have had thousands of guests that enjoy our resort 100% and I will not accept a guest venting in a negative manner blaming a wonderful resort for the guest not taking their time to read accommodation amenities and review cabin and faculties images prior to making reservations.
