필립아일랜드에 어울리는 호텔형 팬션
호텔에 대한 기대감이 없었는데 독채마다 둘러싼 나무들이 섬과 어울렸어요. 호텔인데 싱크대가 있어 식사해결에도 좋았고 가까운 마트 가는 길 또한 아름답습니다. 호주에서 가장 이쁜 섬 중에 하나로 숙박시설로 기억에 남을거 같습니다. 일박만 하기에 아까운 호텔이네요.

특별한 경험
필립 아일랜드에 가시는분께는 추천 파는 숙소. 별도 산장에 와 있는것 같은 느끼이 듭니다. 아쉬운 점은 옷장이 너무 작아서 짐가방을 펼칠만한 공간이 없다는 것과 숲이라 어쩔 수 없지만 출입구에 있는 새똥 들.. 이것 빼고는 아주 특별한 경험을 할 수 있는 숙소 입니다.

Amazing location on the island just opposite to the phillip island park which houses a lot of animals . one with the nature without compromising facilities. What I did not like is the housekeeping is not daily done and this is by design it seems. so be mindful of this when booking at this place.

We only stayed one night. Was a quick in and out. this resort really requires a longer stay. Seems to be so much to do. There were quite a lot of people behind the counter at check in, i counted 6, yet only one person was checking in guests. Another was in charge of going over the map and facilities at the resort. Didn't seem efficient. Idk what all the other people were doing. Good place for families.

Property is good place to stay at Phillip island. Room was spacious. Only slight issue was that bedrooms did not have an air conditioner unit. Therefore, rooms were a bit stuffy during hot afternoons.

The hotel/villa was smaller than we expected as the pics showed were different to what we got. Slightly old and dated. Some things needed attention such as the broken safe and the dirty kettle. Was overall an ok experience however not sure if we’ll stay here again. A positive about this place is location, it is near alot or the popular Phillip Island attractions.

It is a nice place to stay, with good food in the restaurant, and convenient to town and the penguin parade. We had three adults and three kids in a three-bedroom apartment. It was roomy and clean. I would use again.

Not worth for money
The restaurant closed early. The rooms difficult to find at night. The reception staff not helping much. Check out is at 10am

We stayed during the week for four nights and I wished we had booked longer. Great facilities, nice and quiet and the perfect location.

No hot water, the phone didn’t work, and the HVAC system was in dire need of a cleaning and upgrade. Less pushy sales pitch on checkin and more maintenance would be a great improvement.

I have very terrible experience with my stay there. Booked for 2 nights but have to leave 1 day ealier. Poor facilities, toilet cannot flush, stove top cracked, light automatic turn on several times at midnight. Poor customer service from the first receptionist. The only thing is good that the hotel manager undersood with our terrible experience and did refund 1 night for us.

Overall was fine although feel they need a better check out process. Reception area was quite busy and i had to stand there and wait for 10min just to drop keys off.

Really loved the nature and wildlife around the property, the stay was quiet and relaxing, and i think the wildlife added to the experience. Staff were really friendly and it was fun. I do however wish that the restaurant and activities were opened a little later than 8pm especially on a Friday and Saturday as there was not much to do in town. Regardless, me and my family had such a fun time.

The area was quiet but not far to drive to Cowes or visit sights. Resort was great, plenty to do and nice villas. Wildlife around the grounds and pathways for some nice short walks. Villa was great, spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Great facilities Only negative was both us and our friends also staying both got charged double cost for our stay instead of the accommodation cost and the $100 pending bond. For our friends this happened at check in. For us, we got charged the $100 pending bond which then got changed to a second charge for the accommodation after we’d checked out and if we hadn’t noticed we would have paid double. Be mindful of this!

The Wyndham is close to Cowes (3km) and easy drive to penguin parade, maze n’things, Churchill island and panny’s chocolate factory. Bit on the older side with villas in need of modernisation. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Tried to get us to attend their timeshare presentation (which we avoided). Cold when we stayed in early October, but heater in main living area was suitable to heat our bedroom. Kids rooms were cold. Pool and gym were in need of a redecoration with old fittings and peeling paint. Gym only had one older treadmill that worked. Overall, comfortable and OK stay, nothing fancy, but nothing terribly wrong.

A lovely place to stay, will definitely stay again in the future. Very clean and well appointed cabins, plenty of room for four friends and delightful surrounds. The staff were wonderful, I’d hurt my ankle so we arrived a day late and they were kind enough to give us a later checkout and offer extra pillows if I needed to put my foot up. The warmest reception I’ve ever had.

Although the floor plan of our unit worked well for our stay, 2 of the 4 gas burners were not working and as one of the non working burners was the largest and needed it was very frustrating. 3 pools and none were heated so the kids weren't wanting to stay in for long. Outdoor furniture was filthy, and windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. body wash and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower were low in product. We enjoyed the location and would stay again, but our expectation would be adjusted.

A large resort with very private cabins with great amenities, native animals walking through the gardens and the most friendly possum visiting our door at night time was the childrens highlight!

Stayed at a 2 bedroom deluxe villa. Perfect for a family of 2adults & 2 kids. Villa newly renovated and had everything you needed. Pool towels already in the room which was great. Only fault was the shower head would not stay in position and kept falling off from position. And first night there was a cabin near by who obviously was having their own party that had music going into the early hours in the morning.
