An OK place to stay for a night or two. The location is not central, but is in Little Tokyo with plenty of dining options on the area. It is also very close to S-21 prison, which is a must visit when in Phnom Penh
Staff is friendly and helpful, but their English is limited. Complimentary breakfast is basic but sufficient
The room is cozy, but smells with cigarette smoke. There's a little balcony with an ash tray there so I assume guests smoke there with the door open and the smell is soaked into walls and furniture already, so the regular cleaning can't fix this. Besides the smoke rooms were clean
