비좁고 청결하지 못함
외관으로 판단하고 첵크인했던 여행객들도 금새 따른 호텔로 옮겨감 똑같은 객실요금으로 훨씬 좋은 호텔이 주위에 찾아보면 있음 아무리 보아도 장점은 안보이고 단점만 많이보임

They didnt honour my booking through Expedia and wouldnt discuss this. I had to pay a second time to secure a room. Very bad. I need Expedia to refund the booking ai did with them. Im now reluctant to prebook through Expedia.

No lo vale, en Cambodia 5 euros marcan una diferencia muy grande. Reservamos para 3 noches y tuvimos que marchar porque daba asco hasta caminar por la habitacion, tocar algo. En fin, ya os digo que por 5 euros mas os ahorrais no querer regresar a dormir.

Que demander de plus pour un tarif aussi bas? J'ai eu: 1 grand lit. 1 ventillo et l'air conditionné et même le petit dej, une chambre propre et convenablement équipée . J'ai honte d’être blanc quand je lis tous les commentaires orduriers des néo-colonialistes en vadrouille qui critiquent TOUT en Asie du sud est. Il y a des hôtel a 100$ pour les élites... Pour les autres, les escaliers sont pittoresques, les chambres un peu désuètes mais c'est confortable et propre!

ホットシャワー、エアコン完備 フロントの応対良し 食事つきで、フロント横のテラスで食べられる。 エレベーター無い、階段狭いので、大型スーツケース持ちの方には難ありかもしれない。

毎日のベットメーキングが無かった。もちろんタオルの交換もなし。前はあったと思ったのに! 階段なので荷物を上げるのがたいへんでした。 沢山の荷物の時はエレベーターがあるホテルが良いと思いました。

シングルルーム利用 11ドル/一泊 建物が古いので、部屋も同様に古く、清潔感はない。 20㎡と記載されていたが、16㎡くらいだと思われる。 ベッドだけでブランケットない。 バス・トイレのドアは便器に阻まれ、開ききらず、僅かな隙間に体を入れておいてドアを閉めないといけない。 窓からの眺望。シティビューとの記載だが窓の外はとなりのアパートメント。ある意味シティビューではあるが… 朝食無料だが、1ドル未満のクォリティー。 全体としてもう少し、写真での情報公開が欲しい所。 プノンペン、このレベルなら5ドルくらいで見つかる。

Very good budget guest house with local flavour
The Okay Guest House is real value for money and gives you a slice of Cambodian hospitality. Paula and her staff are friendly and she shall also recommend local dishes for you to try from their menu. There is no lift and the stairs are very very steep , i chose a basic 4th floor room with fan but decided to pay a little extra for the a/c. Big comfortable bed , REALLY TINY toilet/shower room but everything worked. Recommended for budget travelers who are not looking for a fancy place but one that has real atmosphere.

バックパッカーなら問題なし
建物には当然、エレベーターは無いので、スーツケースだと結構大変です。トイレとシャワーのスペースはかなり狭く、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの便座は水浸しになります。滞在者はフランス人が比較的多かったです。

Okay trifft es ganz gut. Das Zimmer war für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung. Der grösstteil des Personals spricht leider kein Englisch, somit war die Verständigung etwas schwierig. Frühstück war in Ordnung, dafür dass es im Preis mit inbegriffen ist.

Hôtel très bien placé
PAS de personne pour vous accueillir à l'aéroport, alors que c'était prévu, première chambre fuites dans la SDB et climatisation moteur se met à faire tellement de bruit que nous sommes obligés de l'arrêter. deuxième jour changement de notre chambre par une seconde et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas... troisième chambre; plus de téléviseur à écran plat et 2 lits à la place d'un grand et plus de fenêtre avec vue dégagée, et le vieux télé ronronne et met 5 mns pour se stabiliser, quand il veut bien se stabiliser. On nous dit qu'il ne faut pas utiliser la télécommande.; pratique à notre époque :-( Même prix pour cette chambre; alors que nous avons payé pour chambre avec vue dégagée; écran plat , grand lit et Grande chambre avec chaise et coin bureau. Comme quoi réserver à l'avance ,,,,,, :-)

The room was given at a discounted rate; probably because of the fact that there was construction work going on from 8 in the morning until 6pm. I kind of wish that had been disclosed at the time of booking! Staff were friendly enough. Be prepared to be swamped by tuk-tuk drivers desperate to know where you're heading as soon as you leave the building. The access road is in very poor condition with massive potholes, so any tuk-tuk ride to or from the guesthouse is going to score very low on comfort. They, as do all the guesthouses along the road, advertise themselves as 'Riverside' - come people might class this as creative advertising. Others, however... :)

the room was very dirty and the walls were coming down. it was not clean at all, there even was pee on the toilet seat and mould on floor and walls. from the only window you could see the floor outside and the construction side right next to it. it was really noisy at 7 am. the floors of the hotel are so narrow that it was hard to pass with your baggage (only about 30cm) !! I will never go back there again

Not so clean rooms and the bathroom floor is always wet. The staff was okey but nothing more. With the price you pay you can get a better hotel from Phnom Penh. The location is good.

Dobrá poloha, některé pokoje jsou hodně špatné
Pozitivní - poloha v centru všeho. Negativní - velmi levná cena by odpovídala kvalitě, kdyby nebylo těchto negativ. Přístup do koupelny a na záchod byl pouze pro velmi štíhlé jedince. Já k nim patřím, ale stejně jsem měl problém se dostat do koupelny zhruba 35 cm širokou škvírou mezi dveřmi otevíranými do koupelny a umyvadlem. Dejte si na to pozor, některé pokoje tyto problémy nemají. Další - musíte mít svou vlastní přikrývku. Klimatizace se dala nastavit buď na 18 stupňů Celsia, nebo vypnout. Na přikrytí byl k dispozici ozdobný tenký hadr. Doporučuji zakoupit tenký bavlněný "spací pytel".

スタッフは良いが、部屋のメンテナンス状態悪し
2泊する予定を一泊で切り上げました。 値段は安いです。しかし部屋のコンディションが悪すぎました。 まず部屋に入ったらカビたような異臭がしました。そのためマスクをしながら寝ました。 エアコンもろくに動作せず、天井のファンも回りませんでした。 スタッフの対応などはよく親切にしてくれたため、残念ではあります。

Location was great. Plenty to do around the neighborhood and very close to the Royal Palace. Staff was also fantastic. The negatives were that our room had a terrible scent to it as well as cockroaches living in the bathroom. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

In the heart of Phnom Penh.
I have stayed here multiple times in the last six years, totaling about three months. It has a great location, right near the river, Royal Palace, peace park and numerous shops and restaurants. Competitive price especially if you negotiate a monthly rate.

Kambodschanisches Gutes Guesthouse
Für kambodschanische Verhältnisse ein wirklich gutes Hotel. Preis / Leistung ist okay! Erwartet nicht Westlichen Standard. Aber es ist das Geld wert. Die Lage ist top. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufnähe. Restaurants ebenfalls. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und alles kann bei ihnen gebucht werden. Wenn wir wieder mal in Phnom Penh wären, würden wir hier wieder buchen.

Should really be a 1-Star hotel
I booked the 25 m2 Double Room with AC here, but they tried to give me a room that was only 10 m2. After I told him about the discrepancy they upgraded me to a triple room. The room had no desk and chair though. I had to use the roller table and the bed as a chair to get some work done. There's no water kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I had to go downstairs to fetch hot water to make my coffee. This place was listed as a 3-Star hotel, but it should really be listed as a 1-Star hotel. There's no elevator and the hallways and stairs are really narrow.

Vistelsen här beror helt och hållet på vilket rum man får. Vi fick ett bra rum med mycket utrymme och stora fönster som släppte in dagsljus, dock ingen vidare utsikt men det förväntade vi oss inte heller. Dock finns där rum som ser fruktansvärda ut, väldigt små med fönster mot korridoren. Garanterat ingen höjdare, men dessa slapp vi. Maten på deras restaurang är helt okej men tar väldigt lång tid så ta med det stora tålamodet. Delar av personalen är vänlig men en del är väldigt noccanlanta. Hotellet ligger inte off men heller inte centralt. Ligger på en lugn liten gata med några restauranger och spa. Skulle återvända hit om jag visste jag fick ett bra rum, skulle dock inte våga chansa.

Aircon struggled even though it was on full time. Room ok, bit dusty. Bathroom ridiculously small and unable to open the door into bathroom fully as it jammed against the sink. Lady on reception could speak English when it suited her. We tried to book a coach and asked for a hotel pickup, we were told there were no pickups because of chinese new year, yet the hotel three doors down managed to book for us including the pickup! On the plus side the restaurant on the ground floor was good and cheap.

Overpriced guesthouse
Had to insist on rooms with windows. No availability meant small cramped rooms with no bathroom door (a bit moldy). Reception staff was rather unfriendly and booked horrible bus tickets twice, didn't even bother to tell that bus was leaving an hour later than what was ordered. Would find much better value guesthouses elsewhere.

Bra guesthouse för en bra en bra peng.
Ett väldigt trevlig guesthouse med en väldigt bra personal. "chefen" va väldigt bra på engelska. På hotellet fanns god mat med stort utbud, tvätt service, buss bokning, utflykter mm. Fanns en mysigt/trevlig park i närheten.
