everything was awesome minus a couple of the staff members being a bit racist tried to check in was wearing my bonnet and they continued to ask me if i was in the right hotel and when i went down to breakfast again wearing my bonnet i was asked if i was staying there and what my room number was

Very nice staff. But the breakfast egg and sausage was terrible . Other than that the hotel was great.

I was able to get 1 hour extra at check put with no charge because i had a late check-in. Staff ate very kind and helpfull clean property and rooms

We've stayed there before and found this visit was good. The growth around the motel has changed considerably, noticeably more traffic noise. We arrived late and the check-in was quick and easy.

We decided to stay an extra day because we loved this hotel. It’s basic however the rooms and hotel was clean. Our standard king room was huge. The staff was nice, breakfast was also pretty good plus they had a working heated pool! LOVED!

Good location. Short walk to the river for an enjoyable walk about. Hotel is over due for a remodel. Significant traffic noise and creeking from the floor above. Bring earplugs. You're definitely paying for location.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this Comfort Inn & Suites. Very clean, well maintained, excellent customer service, and excellent location.

The room was good, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was decent and to the standard expected, but the waffle maker really needs to be fixed or replaced, had issues with it every morning.

It was adequate and clean with a decent breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lighting in the bathroom was extremely dim and there was no overhead lighting in the room itself. There was no mirror over the desk so the only way to do hair and makeup was to stand in front of the mirror in the entrance.

For the price of the stay would expect to be in nicer area. Gentleman’s club across the street. Hotel was clean but could use a remodel. Walking to area by river is a challenge.

The property is very out dated. Only one elevator was working. The worst was the plumbing. The toilet was backed up and when we called to have it addressed, they told us there was no maintenance onsite and handed us a plunger. The plunger did not work, the lines needed snaked. They should have moved us to a new room. Noisy location. Not sure how this place got such a high rating on Expedia but travelers beware!

We came to this place after leaving the Arizona grand, spa and resort. This place had way bigger rooms, and I mean almost twice the size. The staff was friendly, and I even screwed up my reservation and they still made accommodations for us. The pool was great and their hot tub was nice. I would highly recommend this place, as it is easy to get to the airport from here.

Perfect for what we needed; a place to sleep for the music festival. Easy to get to, easy walking to food and the festival. Didn't get a chance to have breakfast but it smelled good. Would stay again.

The staff were an incredible bunch of people. Very accommodating, lovely people. The room was a pretty standard room. It’s very close to the airport which is great but has its drawbacks with noise. My partner & I walked the whole trip and I will say, the hotel isn’t walking distance from much. So if that’s something you’re looking for, this hotel isn’t the best option. The facilities were cute, the pool wasn’t very busy so we had it to ourselves when we went.

Hotel experience sub par while charging $550 for 2 nights! Staff not friendly. Room service entered room without knocking barging in and not apologizing. Free breakfast super basic! Hotel dated and carpets old and moldy. Didn’t have ability or space apparently to store luggage for the day at checkout. Probably would avoid this hotel and Choice hotels as a result going forward…

Remote to our tv didn’t work, there were stains on towels and sheets but overall wasn’t too terrible as far as cleanliness common areas are clean and breakfast was nothing fancy but clean and convenient.
