I always stay at this property because of the proximity to everything. It's actually a nice place. It does have a homeless population in the surrounding areas, but they keep away from the visitors and the property. Most staff is nice, but the desk staff can be pushy. I was lied twice on this visit about a maintenance issue. There was a leak coming from the vent in the bathroom. Maintenance never came to look at it. I think it was coming from the toilet above me. After I complained the second time, I was given a room change. A Cleaning and Breakfast

Stayed there last year. Seemed a bit less maintained than before. Seen several homeless sleeping on sidewalk across parking lot at empty businesses. That building was not empty last year. Made ya be more aware at night when coming in but still felt relatively safe.

Room was clean and had plenty of space. Handicap bars in restroom were well placed and much appreciated. The breakfast was very bland and did not meet the standards I have experienced at other choice hotel locations.

Our room was on the ground floor right a cross from the guest washer and dryer. On numerous occasions you could here people talking outside our room. The last night of our stay there were people do laundry from 11pm to 2am, with the washer making all kinds of noise at 11:30pm. That and us having to get up at 3:30am to leave for the airport at 5am. The breakfast area was constantly out items. The first day of our stay they have Danish and apple juice, then no more the rest of our week long stay. Most days there were no sausages in the trays. Will not be staying in a Comforts suites hotel for a long time now. .

Overall the it appeared run down. Carpet needs replacing throughout the complex. The painting quality of the walls was very poor. They were missing fixtures in the bathroom for a towels. It just needs an overall update —-what was fabulous was the bed! One of the comfiest I’ve been in in years. Some areas of the hotel were very clean however the breakfast area the first day we arrived, was not attended to, and was a bit messy, and the tables were quite sticky.. The location was great for our needs..
