Never stayed at hotel. Was transferred to apartment complex owned by same owner. Complex had dirty apartment and had to purchase own supplies - Toilet paper, towels, ect... could have been nice if cleaned but was not. Parties in the complex all night. Lots of kids. Not what expected when reserved Hotel Room.

The entire room was crawling with cockroaches. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. The room smelled of cigarettes and dog. There was only one toilet paper. The towels and bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed previous to our stay.

The owner, she was very nice. The place was ok kinda run down. Its the junkies and addicts that trash these places. Im sure its very hard for the owners to have to put up with them ruining there property. But when you have nothing, youll appreciated anything. Just how you look at things and make it work for you.

We ended up getting a 2 bedroom, 2 bath furnished apartment basically, which was great for the low price we paid. There were some less-than-stellar/outdated things (dirty carpet, pool was locked, fairly minor stuff), mostly the beds (felt very similar to 90s pull-out sofa bed mattresses), but overall, it was better than I expected for the price. The location was pretty convenient. We only stayed for one night, so it more than got the job done and was a good value overall.

The host was amazing very sweet and generous, unfortunately the property itself was uncomfortable, run down, dirty, and unsafe due to the area. This place has potential but it’s not there yet.

I liked the kitchen. But the mattresses were so old they sunk in the middle. Our bathroom sink could not be used. We had to ask for a waste basket. We had to empty our own trash. And getting towels was so hard that we went and bought our own. The police were there every day sometimes twice in one days for domestic. I would never recommend this motel and I will never stay there again.

It was comfortable enough. Took forever to get hot water in the shower, towels were like sandpaper. Bed was good and we slept fine. My biggest complaint is that they took a photocopy of my drivers license and credit card and kept it.

Smelled like a cat litter box. Bugs everywhere. Carpet, gross. ONLY Single flat sheet on DISGUSTING mattress. Someone please call the health department. Not even coffee in the room.

Needs serious cleaning.
Floors were eithter dirty and/or looked dirty. There were roaches in our room. The staff were friendly.

Cheap and it shows.
I'm grateful there are cheap places like this for people who can't afford anything better, but if you want any kind of luxury look elsewhere. If you want a hot shower, look elsewhere. If you want a clean room look elsewhere. If you want friendly service, look elsewhere.

Run away!!! Do not book!!!!
The most aweful place I have ever seen. First, we were placed in the room that wasn’t even vacuumed. They changed the room. But! This room was no better than first one: broken furniture, dirty, disgusting smell of stale cigarette smoke, and dead cockroaches in the fridge!!!! Should I mention that there was no soap/shampoo, and no garbage cans. “24 hours reception” closed at 6pm, we tried to ring the bell they have outside for 15 minutes without any luck. We just packed and left. I felt itchy after this room.

The worst motel ever
I've stayed in hundreds of motels, but this was by far the worst. It was dirty, lights didn't work, the closet didn't have one hanger, the bed was hard, no shampoo in the bathroom, not one wastebasket in the whole place, the "kitchen" didn't have any dishes, cutlery or cookware. Most of the other guests looked like drug addicts or criminals.

Horrible!!
The front desk lady was nice to us but when I went to get the WI-FI that didn’t even work she was talking nasty to another lady when the lady told her that she didn’t appreciate someone going through her things. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking and it wasn’t. You open the door and it slapped you in the face before you even walked in. We will never stay there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I are from out of town and booked a room through Expedia for three nights. Our flight landed at midnight and we got our rental and went to the motel. We get there and it took a few minutes for the staff to wake up and assist us. Once the lady got to the window, she said she couldn’t wake someone up to look up our reservation. So I said well okay do you have a king room available like what we booked. She said no but she had a condo three minutes down the road. We said okay whatever it’s almost two in the morning we’re tired. We go to the condo, sketchy area just like the motel. When we arrived at the location of the “condos”, there were no visible numbers on any of the buildings, only the doors. We had to drive around the parking lot 2 times until we decided to park and guess on a building hoping it was the one where our room was. After we found the “condo” number, we walk inside, and immediately notice the lights don’t work. We actually had to use our cell phone lights to see around the condo until we found a light switch that actually worked, there were 2... Right away we see stains all over the living room floor and the wall to the right of the door is falling apart. We keep walking through cause at this point we just wanted to sleep. After we walked into the bedroom, luckily the light worked, I check the bed and I kid you not there’s a freaking piss stain and hair all over the sheets. Place was very dirty and the room was even worse. There was mold, damage flooring and everything smell very bad. I didnt stay, just gave back the key and walk away. Didnt even bother to wait and ask for a refund.

I went to Miles Motel and it was dirty outside. I thought I had made a mistake with the name because of how it appeared. I would suggest that you not send or be a part of this dirty, filthy, scary, broken down, unsafe, trashy accommodations. I was given keys to an apartment 6 or 7 blocks away from Miles Motel for my room Silver Creek Apartments, 124 North 67th St. Mesa, Arizona. When I went in to checkout where I would be staying, the living room carpet had different kinds of stains, it had lipstick on the wall of one of the bedrooms. The sliding glass patio door did not lock or latch. It had a gap in the opening. Then, I went to check the bathroom, the tub was dirty as well as the sink, it had the same smeared lipstick around in the sink, the shower curtain was dirty too. I didn't feel my car would be safe being parked outside on the street or in the parking lot. I didn't check the bed for bedbugs but felt that it could as dumpy as the place was, maybe I could even get scabies touching any cloth like beds or couch. I would never stay or recommend this place. I stayed 3 days at another hotel that was more proper. Sorry to everyone who goes to Miles Motel and Silver Creek Apartments.

The place was what appeared to be part apartment part motel. Very scary place to stay in. A conflict between a man and a woman outside my room the first night. I was awaken several times throughout he night from people fighting. Worst ghetto place Ive ever stayed in. Never put anyone in harms way by booking them in the motel. If i could rate by numberr i would say a -10. Darn right not fit to stay in.

Adequate for sleeping
This motel appears to be a place where people stay long-term. It is kind of separated from open businesses. There was a near by Walgreens, and a Jack-in-the-Box, whise dining room was closed, but I had to walk 45 minutes in either direction along Main to find a restaurant I could go into and eat. The room had a strong odor, probably from previous residents smoking. It had a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, but no pots, pans, or dishes. Had I been there longer, I would've purchased some, but as it was, I got by without. There were a couple of burn holes in the comforter, the tv stand/dresser was missing a drawer and its doors, and there was no shampoo provided. The tv was an old style CRT, it probably worked, but I just used my laptop. I had to tether that to my phone, though, because there was no wifi, deapitw what the listing on Hotels.com said. I also got a full (maybe queen, but I don't think so) bed instead of the advertised king. The bed was comfortable enough, and the ceiling fan above it kept me cool. I had to squish a number of brown beetle like creatures that liked to hide under my shoes. The price was right, cheaper than every other lodging in the area. The lady at the desk was nice, and helpful. I'd maybe go back, but wouldve liked to know some of these things ahead of time.

Front desk lady is a queen.
The lady at the front desk was the only good part. She was super nice and helpful.. But where we stayed wasn’t even on site. It was a mile away in a sketchy apartment complex. The inside was busted and there were holes left in the door from the previous occupant. There was no wifi and the TV was from the year 2000. I really don’t recommend this place unless you want a nice conversation with the lovely woman at the front desk.

Nothing we liked. Told hot tub working when called before booking. It was not. Sent 1 more le away for our room. Completely different place, apartment building, not even hotel. Told it was better than motel had no complaints when sent elsewhere except I complained that they told us hot tub was usable. Apartment we stayed in was very Smokey and we had to buy candles just to sleep there. No coffee pot and ac extremely noisy.

The first room was roach infested and when given a second room it smelled like rat urine. They would not refund money. Did not sleep as was afraid to even to touch beds in fear of diseases and pets.

Customer service was top notch
Was booked for a room and it was located on second floor with stairs. We could not climb stairs and asked for a change. They immediately sent us to a nicer apartment. Better all around. Good service.
