Lots of options for food around the property. This hotel is conveniently located close to freeway access making it easy to navigate. The hotel rooms are super outdated and need a remodel. The pool was closed for repairs but I was never made aware. I will look at staying someplace else next time.

The area was fantastic, hotel service was awesome! When we got to the room it was very humid. We said we might as well try it out. The next morning was even more humid, the blankets and pillows were damp. We left the hotel for an airbnb. Woudlnt recommend this hotel UNLESS they get a NEW HVAC SYSTEM!!!

First of all I really liked my stay there except for one complaint. The air conditioning was not working. I was there for my daughter's wedding.. I was there for 5 days in the rooms were so hot they did bring us a couple fans. But didn't really work but it did offer to switch his room which was kind of hard to do because I was busy with my daughters wedding preparations so I had no time to switch I just made it work. Hopefully they get this problem fixed before the heat really sets in over there. Other than that the staff everybody was really nice and helpful if they fixed the AC then maybe I'll stay there again.

Staff that checked us in were nice enough until we asked for a different room than the one they initially gave us. After that request, their demeanor was much less friendly. Although we did get into a room we liked better, we were awakened at 2:30 a.m. by a very loud couple in an adjacent room. They finally quieted down after an hour. But we were struck at how thin the walls between rooms must be. Early morning staff at the breakfast area on Sunday morning were nice, as was the gentleman who checked us out.

When we arrived we figured out that the pool and hot tub were closed. The room was very small with limited space for clothes. When taking a shower there was water dripping from a leak in the ceiling. Overall the property was awful considering the price of $2000 for the week.

Our room was advertised as having a double pull out bed. It was a twin. There were leaves everywhere on the walkways and the rooms were old and even off they were clean, it didn’t feel it.

It seems as though the hotel was built and then forgot about. The paint was chipping, carpet was gross in the hotel room, the pool had been closed (to our surprise) for several months due to a sink hole found underneath. It did not feel safe to wander around inside or outside, unfortunately. I do not recommend.

Comfortable. But no hangers for wet towels to hand. I think the tv remote batteries were dead. Electric dockets by the bed headboard too loose to hold phone charger so phone could not be on nightstand, had to be on the desk thank you

The parking lot was all fenced off. Parking was not available, had to walk in the dark not enough lighting.

Very aged property. Jr suite was musty smelling. Unimpressive restaurant in hotel. Not worth $250/night. I would stay elsewhere

The property is dated, though there were updates to the bathrooms. The rooms were clean with the exception of the carpet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel had a lot of homeless individuals.

This is a 60's/70's hotel with the 60's/70's smell to go with it. THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE UPDATED! Shame on Double Tree for letting this happen! The pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there. We were not notified ahead of time. And....they've had this area closed off so no one can even sit outside by the non-pool. Our room really did not cool off the first night and that along with the smell in our room, made my asthma go haywire! Oh...PS...if you stay in room 373, be sure to check the hair dryer before you decide to use it! It was disgustingly sticky. We let the staff know.

The beds are extremely hard. The entire hotel smells musty. The rooms need updating. Our AC unit felt more like a swamp cooler and was noisy. The water got all over the floor from the shower. Just like most hotels 2 queen beds are advertised but they are not queen size beds.

Pool was closed for maintenance which is one of the reasons we chose this property so somewhat disappointing, but overall nice stay.

Free parking. Close to great restaurants, stores and an amusement park with mini golf and arcade. Also, in n out across the street.

A lot of homeless around, hotel is really outdated. Direct Tv only, not able to stream. Rooms are in need of an update. It is clean seeming but entire hotel has a musty smell. Staff seem nice. Place is really big but not worth the $308 I paid because of spring training I assume.

The pool at the property was closed and I was not notified until i arrived, which was very disappointing! a heads up would have been appreciated, or compensation for not being able to use the pool.

We were placed in a room on the top floor in the very bqck of the hotel. Clerk did not advise which entrance to use to get to room . Toilet leaked on floor. Pool area closed. Facility seemed run down. Staff was not friendly, helpful or seem to care
