Department of Health should shut this place down. Bathroom lobby was a mess, but went to my room and you first were met with the smell of overwhelming cleaning product - possibly carpet cleaner, it made your eyes burn and throat scratchy. Then I looked at the bathroom - stains on the carpet, the bathtub had a clean/folded washcloth and towel in the basin, water was dripping /running, the drain was missing, the drain lever was hanging down causing a whole in the tub, rust marks everywhere. I could not turn on the lamp, so I moved the table to plug in and found disgusting items including food behind that and bed. looked at bed - stains, cigarette holes pillows stained too. Two other friends rooms were the same. In addition they had missing tiles, overwhelming cigarette and mold smells. Based on the other people I saw, it may have been an extended stay type place. All sites should take this off their list of places to stay. We did not end up staying there and are having a horrible time getting our money back from Hotels.com. The hotel said we have to go through them. We have not had a great time getting in touch with any management at the hotel either. Makes you consider not using these travel sites to book hotels - would have been easier direct.
